New SS Story Idea...(opinions please)

Hi everyone...I have an idea for a story...

But If it's tooo sad/emotional/depressive then please tell me...

Story Outline - (I have no title for it yet)

how does this sound...

Khushi & Arnav.

They are considering adopting again but Khushi's sight is failing, so they decide against it.

One day Arnav is walking with Khushi across the street and Khushi senses an oncoming car.

Saving Arnav, she pushes him out of the car's path and gets hit.

Khushi doesn't make it.

While at the hospital, Arnav is approached by a surgeon.

There is a young girl in the hospital in critical need of a heart.

And even though the pain is fresh for losing Khushi, Arnav knows that Khushi would want to help the 11 year old girl...

Arnav can't face anyone for days.

The doctor comes to him and tells him of the young girl's recovery.

Arnav asks to see the girl...

As he enters, he is greeted by a huge smiling face on the young bubbly girl...

Arnav is cheered by the girl and asks where her parents are, only to learn that she is an orphan.

Arnav makes arrangements to adopt her.

Once home, He begins to see massive similarities in his new daughter and Khushi...

Soon, his daughter comes to him and tells an emotionally moving heartfelt message...

She says that she doesn't know where it came from, but that her heart told her to say it...

That's when Arnav realizes that Khushi is still with him...

Khushi returned to him, through the heart of their daughter...

Do let me know...It will be an emotional story...

I think any creative work, especially writing, is worthy of appreciation. I cannot remotely even begin to write my own story - so I think your effort is beautiful.
But only because you asked, I am already very sad. Mostly because of the news of the Connecticut school shooting funerals and pictures I happened to see (I am from the US). So today, I am spending a lot of time in the forum. Good happy Arshi stories, posts, VMs lift my spirits.
I prefer feel good stories. Having said that, I would sincerely appreciate any writer and your story idea is really good. Just that - today i am too emotional to take on more emotional stuff. Good luck with your effort.

Almost all your stories are emotional..

I wouldn't mind reading another one..

But I hope it has a little bit of humor here and there..

Hi

I feel the story will tread on dangerous path - almost bordering incest.

I also feel that the literal meaning of heart is much more than the physical organ heart ( which is just a pump , giving the vital life to the brain where our personality resides. There was also a Hindi movie on similar lines starring Salman Khan and Preity Zinta.
In my opinion if you want to combine lovestory and supernatural phenomenon and if you want to have tragic incidents like Khushi's death, let her communicate with her Arnavji through some other mediums ...
This is just my opinion and honest feedback.
