Dev started laughing along with Geet.
D:Maan jealous of me because of our close friendship?
G:Ya...
D:That's so funny.
Maan came there.
Dev patted his shoulder:Come on yaar.Don't be silly.You were jealous of me?
Maan was embarrassed.
D:Anyways I am happy for both of you.You both make a cute couple.
Maan and Geet smiled.
D:Ok...carry on.I have rehearsal for my next music show.See you guys.
G:Bye...
M:Bye Dev...

Dev went away.
Maan looked at Geet.
M:I am such a big fool.Seriously...seeing your friendship with Dev,I have longed to be born as Dev.
I really thought that you both love each other.
Geet giggled:That is half correct.
M:Means?I did'nt understand.
Geet giggled:I used to love Dev.He is my first love.
Maan was shocked:What?
G:Ya...But later I realized that I am a fool to be in love with Dev.He is a cool dude.He does'nt love me.He is passionate only about music.
Maan became upset.
G:Realizing that Dev does'nt feel the same for me I erased unnecessary thoughts from my mind.Later I realized that I have started loving you.I felt that your eyes always expressed love for me.Automatically i fell in love with you.How can i not love the person who loves me?
Maan smiled releasing his tensions as Geet's words were filled up with romantic sweetness.
Suddenly his face became dull:You stopped loving Dev because he does'nt love you.But what if he falls in love with you.
Geet started laughing:Dev in love with me?Are you mad?It will never happen.
Maan smiled trying hard to remove unnecessary thoughts from his mind.


After one month...
Indira called Geet.
I:Geet...now you have a good career.So now it's time for you to get married.
Geet blushed.
I:I am thinking of getting married to the person you like.
Geet was surprised.She thought:Dadima came to know about y love for Maan?
I:Dev...
Geet was shocked:What?Dev?He is only my best friend.Not my lover.Then how can i marry him?
I:After marriage he will become your lover.
G:No dadima.I can't imagine marrying him.Dev will surely reject him.I am only his best friend.He can never see me that way.
I:Then i will ask him.
G:No no.When he rejects me you will feel bad.So don't ask him directly.

Suddenly Maan came.Geet looked at him with tension.

I:What's the matter Maan?
M:Nothing special.Just visited you guys.
I:Anyways good that you cae here.Can you do a favour for us?
M:Yes Sure.What's the need of asking me that?
Maan wanted to help Indira and create a good ipression about himself,so that things will become easier between him and Geet in future when it comes to the marriage proposal.
I:You must stand as an intermediator between Geet and Dev and ask him if he can arry Geet.
Maan was shocked and he stared at Geet.She was helpless.
M:What?
I:I feel Dev is perfect for Geet.We know him very well as our families are close to each other's.They are good friends too.But Geet does'nt feel like marrying her friend.She feels that even Dev does'nt prefer this alliance.
Maan was relieved.
I:But I a not going to back out.So you please go and ask him if he is interested in this alliance on my behalf.
Maan was dull.
M:Ok dadima.
Geet stared at Maan.
I:But ask Dev to call me and tell me his reply.

G:Maan...why did you agree to ask Dev?

M:For Dadima I have to do it..How can i refuse to do something for her?She will have a bad impression about me.Right?
G:In a way you are right.Anyways you simply ask Dev for Dadima's sake.If you don't ask him,if Dadima feels that she was getting fooled by you,it will become a problem.
M:But how can i ask Dev like that?He knows about our relationship.
G:Yes.But it's fine as Dev does'nt love me.He will laugh off when he hears this.
Maan smiled.

Maan met Dev.
M:Dadima wants Geet to marry you.
Dev was shocked:What?
M:She sent me here to ask you whether you are interested to marry Geet.She wants you to call and tell her your reply.You should call her now itself and tell her that you don't love Geet.
D:I will call her now itself.But I won't tell her that I don't love Geet.
Maan was shocked.
