I somehow feels ur first option but with a twist. If Shamsher approaches RK for Trishna, RK's belief of Madhu after his stardom will be cemented further. This may take a turn and he instead of launching Trishna, announces Madhu's name for movie. This was create a permanent wall bw Madhu and Trishna, and would make RK rule her life once again against her wishes. ...Lets c what CVs have in store for us ...

I think first of all the contract that stands btw them , which gives RK the power over Madhu should get cleared...and I think the only way that can be done is when Madhu enters the industry and becomes a heroine

Exactly. RK will force her to enter the industry.

I think the answer is much simpler. My guess is that with Ballu's entry, RK and Madhu will reconcile and realize thier feeling for each other. However Deepali will instigate RK again stating that Madhu would have nothing either way so it was easy for her to choose RK. He will try to put Madhu in Deepali's shoes and force her in movie industry which Madhu will take on reluctantly in order to put his doubts to rest.
