Watching a few old Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon episodes/scenes. I came across this scene that made me cry for the very first time in my IPK watching life.
"Aisa kyun hota hai? Jab bhi aap hamare pass attay hain, tou hamaray dil ki dharkan taiz ho jaati hai?"

What I love about this scene?
I love the desperation in Khushi's voice, the innocence in her voice, the way she asks that question to the very person who had been responsible for the dilemma she was in. I loved that despite what he had done, she still looked to him as her savior and guide. That she had shoved him away, when reminded of what she had imagined him to be and then held his hand - not his arm - but his hand. And after she asked the question, she fainted; like just the effort of saying those words was enough to exhaust her out of her wits.
Drinking the bhaang makes one say what is in their hearts right? And I loved that in Khushi's heart, it was not: 'This is the man who has destroyed my life' but 'This is the man who makes my heart beat faster.' And for Arnav, it was not, this is the woman who has betrayed my family, but it was 'this is the woman whose heartbeat connects with mine.'
I also loved the way she left Arnav speechless and struggling with words... the way he slightly nodded to convey that he understood what she said but his throat was too constricted to form words. Also, the way he wiped away that tear when Khushi fainted. That tugged at my heart so violently that I could not help but smile - and cry.
