We don't know exactly what and how much Uma and Gayatri told Ananya. From the flashbacks shown, we can assume they told the things that happened in those flashbacks.

Yes they said Ananya about Viraj's tortures and Sia's fight. I don't think they have mentioned that Viraj is suffering from OCPD.

I think the OCPD is far gone. While his past can still be explored, OCPD specifically--not so much. I think the closest that can come is that he's once again put in some asylum or psychiatric ward--whenever they get to that.

The death option is out, if they stay true to Uma's curse.

Moreover Jhanvi is dead, So viraj's illness doesn't matter to Uma and others. They lost their daughter. So they will only focus on his torture nothing else. That makes more sense.
