Same Problem with me .
I tried updating with chrome it didnt work .
and then i used firefox to update the pic it worked.
but then when i started using chrome after updating the pic with firefox ...it shows the old default pic ...it does not shows the new one.
it should show the pic right away regardless the browser right ?????
Why ?
