Rape consist of forcible or coerced sexual intercourse which is against the will of the individual who is victimised.

was sugni willing to sleep with vikram out of disire for him. NO

did she protest against what he wanted YES

did she say i cannot do this, did she say NO to him. YES

did she give in due to preasure and out of fear for her husbands life YES

was she repulsed when vikram touched her, drawing her body away from him and curling into her self YES

did she shed tears at her plite while this man touched her- YES

well then she was raped by Vikram. what he did to sugni may not have been violent, but such acts are called sexual expoitation. and in this country and all other countries it is a cirme.

so all you people who have voted no. that she was not raped.

sexual expoilation of women happens in their homes by uncles, brothers in law's. cousins, and even fathers.

it happens to women in offices by bosses, colegues, and friends

how did sugni trust vikram ? when he said do it with me else ill kill ur husband ?? she could ask to see her husband safe at home !!! how can she trust if she claim she lost her trust on vikram

she chose the easy way... well in hindi shows i sow such people say to main lead do it with me else ill kill your husband but the main lead was smart to save her husband and her self too.. so can we say sugni is an idiot or sugni over smart ?

sugni knew what is going to happen and she made deal with vikram ... she could do some thing else ... ask police help / MT help / any thing else to save her husband life
