Hello ArShians/SaRunians!
I've been a silent reader of posts on IF. This is my first ever post so please be gentle on the comments 😳
I am a SaRun fan.
I never knew who Barun was before I started watching IPK.
I knew Sanaya from MJHT days but I was never into TV soaps so I was never a fan of hers or anyone else.
I never intended to watch IPK too for like I said, for me TV was a no no! I was a complete novels freak. But I watched one episode 'by accident' as I was changing the channels and saw Lavanya upto one of her antics and calling Nani Gabbar Singh 😆 I liked what they had showed in the precap for the next day's episode and that's where my journey of IPK started 😊
Over the past few days or weeks, I have seen that this forum has split into Barun fans and Sanaya fans..the rest being SaRun fans..

Everyone has their favourites. I agree. But this forum is about IPKKND and the people related to the show..not individuals.
If you love one more than the other, kindly refrain from making one-sided posts here. Comment on their profiles to show how much you love them. Then we'll be able to safely secure their top positions! And you won't be bashed there! 😊
My main point:
The show was all about destiny & fate. The meeting of 2 star-crossed lovers due to fate.
SaRun being part of IPKKND is fate:
Sanaya and Barun cast opposite each other was also fate. Sanaya had said that it was on Gul's insistence that she was roped into the show. Star wasn't very eager because they felt her too glamorous to play the role.
Barun said he had had almost 60 look tests with different actresses but Sanaya was selected in the end.
And the show's abrupt ending was also due to fate:
There's no point in bashing one another, bashing the actors, PH or SP.
Like a friend of mine pointed out - "The show started on the ramp, and ended on the ramp."
When the Mrs. India track was started, no-one knew the show would end so soon! It wasn't a coincidence! They would have had many other tracks they could have shown to ease out Arnav's character. But they chose the fashion show track, a track which made no sense. And the show ended right there. If Barun was available, I sure hoped that the closing scene would have been Khushi falling into his arms again 😳
I have much more to write, but since the show is over, and there's nothing much we can do about IPKKND, I do not wish to continue with my blabber.
I'm ready to fight for a new show having SaRun as the leads.
But we also need to pray that SP gets some brains and understand that they should make hay while the sun shines.
SP is not an emotional fool (channel 😛) and they shouldn't pretend to behave like one! SaRun are clearly their gold mines. SP should understand business. And having SaRun in a show means profits!
I know there are some who will bash me for this. But I'm ready for it.
Some will feel this post is out of place but I just wanted to put across what I felt! 😊
I don't know how the Mods operate. So I won't be surprised if this post is closed or if it'll stay open forever 😃
Either way is ok!
