just because one likes cleanliness and the other doesnt, does not imply its been copied. Writers just use such tools to highlight the differences in the nature of the 2 ppl.
Aise toh, in BALH, its the same wrt cleanliness, does that mean its all copied?? Ummm... NO. That too copied from a movie which wasnt even a big hit???
