I really don't get the big deal over plastic surgery anyways...These people are in the show biz...their looks are important for them...it is their living ...if they want to improve something that is important for their profession ...what is the harm in that...Don't we all do things that are important to improve us in our careers...If you are a computer programmar...wouldn't u want to do some certification if it would help u in ur promotion...so why blame these people who want to improve their looks...Its really hypocritical of people to do everything possible to further their career and professions...but make fun of another person who is trying to do the same for their career...👎🏼

Sonam Kapoor is really pretty but if you look at her pics prior to her weight loss, she looked very different...same is the case with Sonakshi...she was really really fat so it's obvious that she would look different after losing so much of her weight...not necessarily that she had to undergo surgeries!!

Beboholic is right. Even I don't get it why these people ruin themselves with these surgeries :( They look beautiful the way they are
