He is playing the game. He knows she is a threat to him. She can win. Now is the time to get threats out of the way since show is coming to an end.

But how come BB did not penalize him???? He is not supposed to tell anyone who to vote and not to vote.

he sensed very well ..look at dellu she nominated him😉..rajeev getting humilated by dellu and her family and if still rjeev will not go against dellu its mean that rajeev has no self respect

I think niketan wanted Rajiv to send a strong message to Delu that Rajiv is mad at her, but Rajiv being Rajiv is scared to go against Delu.

because he was sure delu will nominate rajeev after bakhtyar's actions.
so being rajeev's buddy he suggested him that strategy.

and now if you argued on why he would care about rajeev then let me remind you
Niketan always tried to do something good for rajeev be it was RajeevDelu' patchup or it was any kind of good heart to heart talk.
he thinks of rajeev as his good friends thats the only reason he jokes about rajeev alot, so as his behavior was with mink.

With Niketan, Urvashi Karishma nominating Dellu on his instructions, Rajeev's vote would have been the fourth vote to get Dellu nominated definately but BB did that for him.
