Update soon..please continue soon...:
Madhubala woke horror-struck, finding herself completely naked with an equally naked body spooning her from behind. Suddenly, the activities which took place last night hit her like cold water. The sticky feeling between her legs and the dull pain still throbbing were enough proof of the harsh reality. She tried to shift, but the protective strong arm wrapped around her waist prevented her from it. She had no choice, so she tried moving her husband's arm herself. This caused him to tighten the grip to her dismay. After struggling for some time, she somehow managed free herself from him without waking him up. She picked up her night clothes which were thrown on the floor, wincing each time she moved. She quickly put her clothes on and moved towards the bathroom, but her knees buckled and fell with a thud.
"Ow." She grimaced. It was bad enough there was a sore ache between her legs, now her bottom was stinging. She felt strong arms lifting her from the floor and she was placed on the bed, before she could protest. She looked up to see RK's worried eyes searching hers.
"Are you alright, Madhu?" RK asked concern written on his face.
She nodded, not wanting to discuss with him about the ache in her most intimate place and her inability to walk. This brought back flashbacks of the intimate moments they shared last night and her face flushed a deep red.
"Are you sure, biwi? I can carry you to the bathroom," RK inquired genuinely worried about his wife.
"W-what? N-no I'm fine." Madhu stuttered, his close proximity affecting her, although she had been closer to him in many ways last night. 'God, Madhu! Stop it! Stop thinking about last night.' She mentally cursed herself.
"Biwi?" RK quirked an eyebrow.
"Huh?" Madhu blushed.
RK shook his head frustrated and picked her amidst her protests and carried her to the bathroom, placing her on the edge of the bathtub. He exited the bathroom closing the door behind, giving her privacy.
*****
Five minutes later, Madhu was soaked in the bathtub relieving her stressed muscles. Her body was feeling much better. The events of last night came flooding to her mind, making her question herself. Guilt erupted in an instant when she realised she gave herself to RK without much protest. The worst part was she actually enjoyed it. A shudder ran up her spine. She started scrubbing her body raw as if it would wash away her sins and the scent of RK from her body. It was too late now; her body belonged to him and he had every right since he was her lawful husband. It saddened her that there was no emotional connection between them. It was just passion. He didn't love her and only craved for her body. Tears brimmed her eyes. The question whether they were going to have a loveless marriage for the rest of their lives haunted her thoughts. This was not what she wanted in her life. She yearned for a loving husband every girl dreamt of, and to think she almost felt something for RK the previous night scared her. She certainly didn't regret that RK claimed her innocence. It was his right and wasn't it her duty? Yet, it did not stop her from feeling guilty that she betrayed her family in a way. Her situation was similar to sleeping with the enemy. 'Wait. What are you thinking Madhu? He is your husband.' She scolded herself. 'Wasn't he kind to her enough in the recent past? Didn't he go into extreme levels to save her from his stepfather's plotting and to make amends to his past deeds?' That was enough to know that he cared at least a little and that little was enough for Madhubala for now.
Unknown to her, the previous night has gained RK her selfless devotion. The physical love and care he showed had been enough to bind her soul to him.
After she was content enough she got out of the bath tub only to realise she had not brought any clothes inside. She quickly wrapped a towel around her and peeped outside the bathroom and found RK sleeping soundly. She quickly came out and scurried across the room to her wardrobe. She made little noise as possible so her husband wouldn't wake up to find her in this precarious state.
Little did she know that a pair of eyes was freely scanning her from top to bottom. RK got aroused seeing his beautiful biwi with only a towel wrapped snugly around her wet, curvaceous body. Her wet locks were dangling down her back, and little droplets of water were gliding down her long shapely legs. What a sight she was?
After she picked a suitable outfit for the trip and grabbed her lingerie she turned to run back to the bathroom, only to find RK prowling out of the bed, a naughty smirk playing on his lips.
"Good morning, biwi! I hope everything's ok with you," RK said referring to the ordeal she had earlier that morning.
"G-good morning!" Madhu blurted, frozen on the spot, her clothes clutching to her chest.
He approached her and placed his hands on her bare shoulders drawing her closer to him. All the while her big brown eyes lingered on his sharp eyes bemused. He couldn't help notice how her full lips were still moist from the shower. Her lips were glistening and teasing him and she didn't even know this. The moment he brushed his lips against hers, his body was on fire. He started sucking on her lower lip. Her eyes closed tight immediately, trying to supress herself from moaning. His tongue coaxed her to open her mouth and when she didn't budge, he bit her making her gasp in pain. He took that moment to slide inside her mouth, taking control over her. One of his hands was already in her wet hair and the other was on her waist.
Madhu gave into him without her consent, still holding her clothes to her chest as a guard. Madhu suddenly pulled out gasping for breath. RK smirked seeing her out of breath after their encounter. He gave a small slap on her bottom.
"Ok Biwi. Quick. Bathroom. I need to shower too, unless you don't mind if I join you while you dress."
Those words were enough to get Madhu moving and just when she was about to enter the bathroom, RK cried, "Biwi, you forgot something." He said bending down and picking up something and waving it at her.
She turned a deep red, cursing herself for dropping her bra. He threw the lacy black bra at her and her towel almost slid off her in her attempt to catch it. Luckily, she skidded into the bathroom and closed the door behind her.
'Hah, Biwi. As if that stopped me from getting a good glance at your assets,' RK thought amused.
*****
RK was in his office after getting ready for the trip and having breakfast. He was going through some data of his hotel chains, when he got a call unexpectedly. He frowned seeing the caller ID.
"Yes, Kuku Bhatia?" He said in a bored tone.
"What's happening with that girl? Where's she?" Bhatia's gruff voice asked from the other end.
"Like I said, she's my business now. Don't you dare speak of her again. Just forget it." RK said in an angry tone.
"What? Did you kill her?" Bhatia asked panicked.
RK rolled her eyes. "Why would you even care? Don't call me again and pester. There's enough drama in my life."
"Bu-" Bhatia could not finish as RK had already hung up.

RK and Madhu were off to Manali. It was a long eight hours journey. Madhu was quite nervous as she didn't know what to expect and how RK's co-workers would react to their marriage. Both of them were in the back seat enjoying the beautiful view outside. RK was giving side glances to his biwi once in a while, checking if she was fine.
"Biwi, if there's anything you want just let me know?" said RK.
Madhu just gave him a small smile and nodded. The little concern he showed thrilled and melted her heart. While he was looking outside the window, she couldn't help but admire his Godly looks. She knew ladies dreamt of running their fingers through his luscious locks, which she already had the privilege last night. She blushed. His bold brows gave him a handsome manly look and his soulful eyes which were sharp and had a sparkle, drowned anyone who dared look into them. His masculine jawline, which was strong, squared and chiselled, was what every male wished they had. His Greek nose was an added bonus to his handsomeness and his pert lips so kissable were the secret of his sexy smile he had plastered on his face often, and all of him belonged to her? She was lost in his masculinity in disbelief.
RK who gave a side glance at her caught her staring at him with blank eyes. He snapped his fingers at her face and she almost jumped out of her seat.
Madhubala mentally slapped herself. "I-I- I was not staring at you. I- I w-was thinking-"
"What were you thinking?" RK asked very interested.
"Nothing."
RK quirked an eyebrow. "How do you think nothing?"
Madhu felt so helpless. "I was thinking about ma."
RK sighed. "You'll see her soon, biwi. As soon as I finish shooting I'll take you to her."
"Alright," said Madhu softly.
She turned to the other side and closed her eyes, hiding her face from RK. She drifted to sleep before she even knew.

They arrived in Manali by evening. They were the first to arrive from the crew members to their respective lodge. The house was big enough for four other people. On arrival they got to know the other two co-stars who would be sharing the lodge with them would be arriving next day morning. It was an old European style house. The place was well decorated suitably for the cold atmosphere. The caretaker of the house was a jovial old man named Shankar. He helped the couple with their luggage and carried it to their room. The old maid Daisa was a whole different story. In fact, the sight of her was enough to scare off Madhu. She was a hunched woman in her seventies dressed in a white saree, with greying hair and a mole on top of her nose. It was her cruel eyes which scanned Madhu viciously that gave her creeps. The woman was wobbling towards them to greet them.
"Finally meeting the superstar RK, and can we know who the beautiful lady with you is, sir?" The woman questioned in a raspy aging voice, which freaked out Madhu even more. She hid herself behind RK as if to shield herself from the old woman's evil glare.
RK smiled cordially. "Good evening! This is my wife, but I don't want anything to leak out, since our marriage is not publicly announced yet."
"Of course! Of course!" The woman smiled politely at RK and vilely at Madhu, which went unnoticed by RK. "Hope your stay in Manali would be pleasant," Daisa cackled.
Madhu highly doubted as the old woman's unpleasant laugh rang in her ears.
*****
RK and Madhu headed to their room. It was not as big as their room at home, but it was beautifully decorated with a European touch. Even the attached bathroom had the same European style complimenting the room. The balcony outside gave the perfect view of the beautiful outskirts of Manali.
Both husband and wife unpacked their luggage arranging everything in their respective places. RK grabbed the shower supplies and headed to the bathroom to have a shower. Madhu who was hungry went in search for the pantry to grab something to eat. Since it was still evening she was looking for something light to eat. She was quite happy to discover a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie jar. She was munching away when Daisa came to the kitchen.
"Araay, Ma'am! You're hungry already?" Daisa's sudden appearance almost made Madhu jump out of her seat.
"I-I-" Madhu stuttered, frightened out of her wits.
"It's ok ma'am. Don't hesitate to make yourself at home here." Daisa's cruel eyes were glinting. Madhu was wondering if it was her imagination or this woman looked actually like a wicked witch.
"Thanks!" Madhu managed to blurt out.
"So you're super-star RK's lucky wife. How do you like Manali so far?"
"It's- it's nice here." Madhu was feeling very uncomfortable with Daisa's scrutinising eyes on her. If eyes could curse, she would be dead by now.
"Good. Good. But ma'am, be careful of this place!" Daisa whispered her voice raspier than ever.
Madhu's heart thudded. "W-why? What do you mean?"
Daisa looked at her aghast. "Didn't anyone tell you? This place is haunted." She said making her eyes dramatically big, making them scarier.
Madhu looked shocked, but quickly covered it up by saying, "I don't believe in ghosts." She tried to cover her fear by laughing, which was a failed attempt as her face gave in.
Daisa cackled like a witch, making the situation worse. "Ma'am, if you don't believe. Stay awake till midnight and you'll find out the truth yourself."
"Hah. Sure thing," Madhu said brave this time. "So who haunts this place?" Madhu asked casually giving Daisa an amused look.
"This place once belonged to a white man, so many years back. My mother worked here back then, so I have been here since I was a child. Mr. Thompson had the most beautiful wife, Mrs. Helen Thompson. His friends envied him because of her. The lady actually loved her husband dearly, but the husband only desired her for her looks. Her beauty made him doubt her fidelity. When she was pregnant, he thought it was not his child. Many a nights the couple was arguing. The house was in chaos. One night Mr. Thompson was out of town on an errand. Next morning, when a housemaid brought tea for Mrs. Thompson' she was not in the bedroom. The maid called for her, but no sound." Daisa said the last words in a raspy whisper.
Madhu gulped her face pale. "What had happened to her?
"The bathroom door was ajar. When the maid checked in... she saw Mrs. Thompson in the bathtub, her lifeless eyes staring at the wall in front."
Madhu was breathing heavily, scared. "W-who did that to her?"
"Nobody knows. They say she was strangled to death. Mr. Thompson sold this house to another couple and left the country, but the ghost of Mrs. Thompson haunts this place up to this day. The couple who bought the place experienced the most unusual things. Noises at night like doors banging, floorboards creaking, the weather becoming stormy and so on. The worst happened when the wife of the man who bought the house saw Mrs. Thompson's figure walking down a corridor. The lady was expecting that time and she had a miscarriage. The couple was devastated. This place is not suitable for expecting mothers. The ghost of Mrs. Thompson doesn't allow a foetus live." Dadisa said eerily. "By any chance you're pregnant, Mrs. Kundra?" Dadisa asked expectantly.
Madhu lost her face's colour even more. "M-me? N-no!" Madhu said absent-mindedly clutching her stomach, her body heaving in fear with each breath she took.
"BIWI!" Madhu got startled hearing RK shouting from upstairs.
"I gotta go. Thank you for the information." She gave a reluctant smile to Dadisa and ran upstairs.
Dadisa's eyes followed her retreating figure mirthfully.
*****
"BIWI!"
"RK?" Madhu entered the room out of breath. "Is everything ok?"
RK was still in the bathroom. "Biwi, how many times did I call you?" She heard his angry voice from inside, but strangely she felt relieved knowing he was fine.
"Sorry. What do you want?"
"I dropped the towel. Find some fresh ones from the cupboard and bring in."
"You could have gotten yourself when I was downstairs." Madhu said annoyed.
"Come out drenched and drip the bedroom floor? No thanks! There aren't many servants here for our beck and call to clean things up."
'Good, if he knows!' Madhu huffed to herself. She found some towels and knocked on the door.
"Bring in." He said sternly.
Madhu sighed. He would never make things easy for her, would he? She went in expecting to see him standing without a thread on him, but surprisingly he was soaked in the tub in a bubble bath. He was giving her the what-took-you-this-long-look. Suddenly she remembered the story the creepy old woman told her a while back and panicked.
"RK." She looked at him her eyes wide. 'What if this is the same room?' She thought frightened. She didn't want him to stay in that tub. It chilled her body. "RK, come out from there. Right now!"
RK quirked an eyebrow confused at that unexpected order from his wife. "Biwi?" he asked with a questioned look on his face.
Madhu went towards him and grabbed his arm, trying to pull him.
He was absolutely surprised by her bold move. He looked at her his face scrunched in confusion as if his wife had gone mad. "What's wrong with you, Madhu?"
"RK get out from there! Please?"
"Madhu?"
"RK! Quickly!" she was still pulling his arm.
"MADHU!" He shook her hold off him. "Just calm down and tell me what's wrong!" He said sternly and grabbing her hand firmly this time.
"This place is haunted!" She blurted out scared.
RK couldn't help but laugh heartily. "Really, biwi? So this is the reason for your sudden outburst, trying to get me out of my bath?"
"M-Mrs. T-Thompson- She was killed- she died- her ghost-" Mahu blabbered.
"Who the f*ck is Mrs. Thompson?"
Madhu gasped terrified. "RK. Don't talk like that."
RK rolled his eyes at her innocence. "So are you trying to tell me that, this Mrs. Thompson is going to come join me in the bath?" RK asked amused.
"RK. Stop it. It's not funny!" Madhu said almost sobbing.
"I see. You're jealous."
"RK this is not a joke!" Madhu said angry this time.
Madhu looked around as if Mrs. Thompson is going to turn up any minute and strangle one of them. RK grabbed a towel from Madhu's hand and quickly dried himself and wrapped it snugly around his lower body. Madhu was too distracted by thoughts of Mrs. Thompson to even notice.
"Biwi!"
"BIWI!"
Madhu looked at RK startled. "Yeah?" She just noticed he was out of the bath, wrapped in a towel.
"Who told you this nonsense?" He asked, grabbing the other towel from her hand and drying his head and upper body.
"Daisa, the kitchen maid." Madhu narrated the story she heard to RK.
"Ohh! That creepy old woman! Maybe she found you very gullible and played a joke on you. How could you believe all that shit?" RK laughed.
Madhu was frustrated that RK took it all that lightly. She didn't want to make a fool out of herself, so she didn't argue with him.
"Biwi, you must be tired now. Go have a wash. You can go to sleep early that way."
"Not this bathroom." Madhu said disturbed.
RK sighed. "Ok. Then I'll stay in the bath room while you shower. I wouldn't look." RK grinned.
"NO! But can you stay outside, please? It scares me." Madhu pouted.
RK sighed. "Yeah, yeah, whatever. Just go shower fast." He needed to have a word with the creepy woman for scaring his wife off.
Five minutes later, RK was dressed in a T-Shirt and shorts and was on the bed going through his script for tomorrow's shooting. He could hear the shower running and smirked at his wife's cuteness. 'Such a baby!' he thought snorting.
"RK! Are you there?"
"Yes, Biwii! Chill!"
It was now past fifteen minutes and Madhu had been asking him if he was there every three minutes. His ruthless side couldn't help but tease his wife. So the next time Madhu asked if he was there he kept quiet. She cried for him several times, but still got no answer.
"RK? RK, WHERE DID YOU LEAVE?" Madhu shouted scared and angry at the same time.
He still did not answer. He heard the shower stop and Madhu came out of the bathroom dashing, clutching her towel which was not even properly wrapped. She was drenched, water dripping from head to toe in a pool around her.
RK looked from the script and gave her a disapproving look. "Great! You created a puddle there."
"Why didn't you answer me?" Madhu asked annoyed.
"Unlike you, I was tired of repeating the same thing." He said in a bored tone.
Madhu glared at him and went inside the bathroom irritated with her merciless husband.
RK couldn't help, but chuckle to himself.
*****
Since the other cast members had not arrived yet, they had the lodge to themselves. While RK was going through his script Madhu was in the lounge watching TV. She saw Daisa passing by and stopped her to get more information from her.
"Yes, ma'am? How can I help you?"
"Daisa, which room was Mrs. Thompson's?"
Daisa grinned toothily. "Don't worry Mrs. Kundra. That room is closed now. Nobody goes there."
"Ok. Thanks!" Madhu smiled lightly. Once the old woman left, she sighed in relief. So it wasn't RK's and her room. 'Thank God!' She thought to herself. 'But still is this place really haunted?'
*****
RK and Madhu had a quick dinner and retired to bed early. RK who had quite trouble sleeping waited till his wife fall asleep to go have a drink, but surprisingly he fell asleep sooner. Madhu had trouble sleeping due to the whirlwind of thoughts her mind was occupied with; she was twisting and turning. She heard the grandfather clock in the living room struck twelve midnight. She got goose bumps. She looked to her side only to find RK soundly asleep.
She looked at the bedroom windows and saw the shadows of trees twisting in the dark night, and to make things worse it started lightening and thundering indicating the start of a storm. She heard a door bang somewhere in the house and gasped in horror. 'Is it really happening? I can't believe this.' She sweated.
"RK?" she whispered softly to her husband. She felt guilty for trying to wake him up as he had work tomorrow. She went deep inside the blanket as if to protect herself from lurking ghosts. Suddenly, the window panes started rattling and Madhu screamed terrified.
RK woke up with a start. "Biwi? What happened? Are you ok?"
"RK!" She hugged him her body trembling. She buried her face on his chest and clutching his T-shirt as if holding to dear life.
"Biwi, what is it?" He asked stroking her back in a soothing pattern to calm her down.
"Th-there were weird noises c-coming and the w-windows suddenly-"she couldn't finish as she started crying.
"God! Madhu! Do you really believe in these ghost stories? It's just raining outside. Calm down! The windows are rattling because of thunder, sweetheart." He said tucking a stray lock from her face.
Her face was tear-stained. He smiled seeing this side of Madhu. 'Who knew his sherani had this kind of weakness?' He smirked to himself.
"Now stop crying, biwi. You are ruining my T-shirt."
Madhu was embarrassed. She moved away from him which he stopped immediately by wrapping a strong arm around her waist.
"It's ok. Just go to sleep now," RK said gently. "I'll kick some ghost butt if they dare come near my biwi."
She swatted his arm playfully. "Not funny!" and buried her face again on his chest, snuggling against his warm body.
"Good night, Madhu." He placed a kiss on her head and continued rubbing her back soothing her fears away until both of them drifted to sleep.
