You've seen them all through the yearand loved watching them saunter in your living rooms every evening. In Tellyland's numerous outings in the year 2012 some faces took their shows to new TRP highs, grabbed eyeballs and in the process scaled their own popularity quotient.
Ram Kapoor
He is the unofficial superstar of small screen. With his designer suits and gritting teeth in Bade Achche Laggte Hain, Ram Kapoor plays the biz tycoon in the show. His on screen loveand hate relationship with co-star Priya (played by Sakshi Tanwar) and their fantastic chemistry certainly made way into audiences' hearts. But it is Ram's screen presence that has the audiences glued to their television screens.
Mona Singh
Right from Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi, Mona Singh has been go getter who pulled of the show on her own. Similar is her spell this time with Kya Huaa TeraVaada where she plays the lead - Mona. As supermom and wife Mona's found a connect with the audiences. Although she took a brief sabbatical to get married (amid rumours that she didn't want to 'grow old'), her comeback in the show during the 1000th episode has created new interest, as 'Tappu' has now become a positive character. Portraying the role of Kokilaben, the stern, discilinarian matriarch in Saath Nibhana Saathiya has made Rupal Patel a household name. After Giaa Manek's eventful exit from the show, it is Kokilaben's character that has faithful audiences still connected to the show and keep asking for more.

Even with the storyline going through a 18 year leap, Ankita has been around. Rumours are now rife that she's going to quit the show in February 2013. The channel is debating between ending the show or trying to retain her. The jury's out on this one for the time being.
