Arnav is taking his time, to mend his relations with Khushi, coz i know Arnav thinks he has messed up big time...

Also happy that Anjali got to know of Dr. Manav's love for her... and Khushi nudged her in that direction...

Khushi the show stopper of the event... think it was Arnav's plan... and he formally introducing her infront of the world as his bride, while she stands there in her bridal finery... Arnav also gave her independence to work on their collection, coz he knows she deserves this... all this things shows that Arnav is improving... and is trusting Khushi...
