To throw food was wrong but the content of message he wanted to give to madhu was not. Because he had not allowed to fast, firstly. Then she did not tell him the truth the whole day, though she was looking pale and in pain. He guessed it somewhat. But at the end when he was sure about the fast he roared just not to let her continue her fast. Even then it went on. Her condition worsened and ultimately she suffered. Her condition in the morning was not better and she cooked food for him. It irked him and could not control his love and care and worries of course.

You know RK has no idea what other will feel if he will react like this. He never felt such a pain for anybody except for his father. Then how can he know the right way of expressing his feelings. That is what RK is.
