TOI: Ankita's reply in the article...pls see!!

Sources Inform that Ankita has been contemplating on quitting the show for quite some time. She had even informed the production house regarding her decision when Sushant Singh Rajput quit the show last year. However, things did not work at that point of time and she has now finally decided to quit the show. Ankita has put in her papers and will continue with the show for next three months (till February 2013). The story will soon see a major turn where the show will take a seven months generation leap and Archana's (Ankita Lokhande) daughter Ovi (Shruti Kanwar) will deliver a baby. We hear that Ankita has quit the show because it is taking a generation leap as she is not comfortable playing a grandmother. Archana who is currently playing a mother of four grownup kids is not happy with the new storyline.

The show will also witness the entry of Shakti Arora who will enter as the new parallel lead and will be paired opposite Purvi ( Aasha Negi).

When contacted, Ankita refutes the news saying, "I don't want to comment anything on the news and if I decide to quit you will come to know."

So, guys u can't be sure about the news...media just needs a topic to discuss upon but the truth is always different...and as per ankita's reply it seems the final decision is not taken and it seems that she is not even aware that people are talking about her exit...she won't quit PR...PR will go on for more than 1000 qpisodes and it was ZEE Tv's official declaration that they won't let PR end for more 2-3 years.

i really want ankita to quit the show but along with it i want pr to continue.. i want pr only for the sake of arvi and would love to see them onscreen...
Ya one thing is sure in this article that zee declared that pr will continue and they doesnot have the idea of wrapping the show... They even mentioned that pr will be seen with a new storyline ahead...
So i dont want PR to end so fastly... I will miss arvi / ashvik.. 😭

Hahahahahaha For more 2,3yrs it can't be possible bcoz at the age of 26 no one is comfortable for playing a granny role even if PR runs for more years So Rithvik n Asha will also be quiting in that time.

hahahaha Zee wants to run the show for 2 -3 years 😆.Zee has many new shows in the piple-line which are waiting for the main prime time slots including Ekta's new show as well.ITs the same Zee who are thinking of ending the show as well.So speculations is on all around.Everything depends on TRP's eventually I guess for the channel to make any decision.

We have to wait and watch what happens.Anki quitting is confirmed currently and she has put in her last date.

The longevity of the show would highly depend on many factors and the final say will be channels and not Ekta's I suppose.

So what Zee decides we will know after some point of time.
