Right now I absolutely love you for making this post.. thank you so much 🤗I am tired of seeing repeated post and crap criticism on Stefan saying he doesnt vampire Elena and human Elena only and all thanks to some delusional fans. 🥱
I have honestly seen very few fictional characters who are so selfless like Stefan. whatever he is doing and finding the cure it was all for the favor of Elena. Like Elena wrote in her diary that loosing yourself is the worst... and Stefan knows if Elena loses her humanity she will be miserable at point and there won't be no return. Like he explained it to Caroline because he was seen it himself. Because his soul is pure so the guilt of doing something inhuman would haunt him forever, he would never be able to forgive himself and same for Elena. he knows it and that's why he is trying to find the cure for her.
He was doing everything to make vampire Elena feel better and when she goes through hell he does the same. how come people doesn't see it and blame Stefan 😳 He even said to Rebekah is given a chance to be with Elena he would be even human if it required to grow old, have kids and have a life with Elena like she wanted. he is doing EVERYTHING for her. and there are actually very few occasion when he was anything called selfish.
and even after everything Elena's feeling were messed up about Damon and that's why they broke up and even in last episode she said to Caroline it's NOT that she doesnt love Stefan anymore 😆 now he doesnt even have the right to express his frustration and anger because his girl friend and the person he loves so much has feelings about his brother? oh no if he reacts he is being annoying.. right he was always committed to Elena unlike her!! I donno how things will turn now but at some point she will be back to him. that I know.
