I am wondering if Prashant left his watch in the car deliberately.

really that is what is left to the imagination of yash...the only way prashant watch would be off if he took it off, it wouldn't have fallen off. arti's one side of earring would not have fallen off...so they are trying to put a doubt that arti prob having an affair with someone and leaving sutle clues in off all places the bloody car...an another thing the mechanic has an eye for detail in his line of work and he had to hurry up and fix the car really fast on the insistence of the "married couple", so he didn't do his work properly when it was only the battery pole needed to prob clean and tighten. furthermore he fix the car on the highway...it miles away, no phone working i wonder how he got there, any way the man is a better interferer in people's business than his own job...anyone knows if the promo of yash telling arti he loves her is real or unreal and if it will be aired...the romantic dinner turn out to be another disappointment...only the decorating of the room was special. i feel the only romantic scenes we will see is the one that advertising zee 20yr thingy, so we should cherish that...

Yeah it was an unsolved mistery for me too since the day i watched the episode of Prashanth dropping Aarti and am damn sure that Prashanth was doing all these wantedly to implant doubt in Yash's mind about Aarti and her character & separate Aarya to get back his lost family (Aarti & Ansh) coz on Diwali day he was confirmed that Yash was little jealous when he was mentioning about Aarti's first husband...
