Arjun-purvi-ovi

I think I know what's going on here. Arjun probably found out abt Purvi being pregnant with his child and so did Ovi. I think the three of them made a secret pact like Purvi will go through the pregnancy and deliver the baby after which Arjun and Ovi will adopt him/her. To go through with that plan, they made Ovi fake a pregnancy and will probably go to Koltkata for delivery (citing pregnancy complications as the reason) and there Purvi will handover her child to them and they'll pretend it's theirs. This way no one finds out the truth and the family honor/peace remains intact.
Arjun probably goes to Kolkata secretly in the pretext of business meetingst to meet up with Purvi and care for her during her pregnancy (which explains the promos).

Hope that is not true. if purvi is pregnant then she should not give up her child. ovi should realize that she still cannot get arjun's love and let him go to the one he loves .😊
