The next morning after everyone finished their breakfast they all headed towards the beach. Though they had seen the beaches in Goa before, LA beaches were something totally different. It wasn't as crowded in the morning. Viren rented some portable chairs and tables for the whole family from a shack near the beach as they planned on spending the whole day here. It was a beautiful day, perfect amount of heat. The water was nice and cool as well. Viren and Jeevika were in the water while Gia was sitting in the sand with Shlok. Gia started crawling her way to her parents and got up on her own to feet by herself. Gia was starting to walk, just a day before her first birthday. Viren and Jeevika quickly ran towards Gia who was trying to make her way to her parents.
jeevika - "Virenji, quickly get the camera out of the bag"
Viren was taking so many pictures of Gia trying to walk all by herself. She would occasionally fall down, but Jeevika would help her get up and she would start smiling again.
viren - "My little Gia is all grown up now, she can walk by herself" he said picking her up and kissing her.
After ordering pizza for lunch everyone decided to head back to the hotel. All the ladies decided on going shopping at a nearby mall whereas the men were heading towards a museum Shlok wanted to visit. Viren then remembered that Manvi, Virat, and Dabbu were to be coming soon so he decided to skip the museum and go pick them up from the airport. Viren left for the airport and saw that their flight and landed half an hour ago.
viren - "They should be coming out soon" he though to himself.
Soon enough he saw the three of them coming out with their stuff. He hugged all three of them and they went outside trying to find a taxi.
viren - "How was the flight? And Manvi are you feeling okay?"
manvi - "I'm just a little tired Jiju. The flight was good. By the way you haven't told anyone anything yet right?"
viren - "Nope, but have you guys decided how you're going to tell everyone?"
virat - "We have a plan and we need your help. We will tell everyone tonight at dinner"
Virat, Manvi, and Dabbu told Viren what they decided to do while going to the taxi. As Virat was helping Manvi get out Viren went to go get the keys to their room.
viren - "Here bhai, here's your key and dabbu this is yours. Go freshen up a bit and I'll order some food for you guys and get it sent to your rooms"
virat - "Okay thanks bhai, but where is everyone?"
viren - "All the ladies have gone shopping and dadaji, chachu, and shlok have gone to some museum nearby"
manvi - "SHOPPING? without me? how can they do that. Jiju what place did they go, I want to go right now. I'm already fresh"
virat - "Manvi shutup, you're not going anywhere right now. You haven't eaten anything the whole way because of your nausea and you haven't slept properly also. Let's go straight to the room"
manvi - "But virat"
virat - "Manvi right now" he said taking her hand and going
Viren stood there laughing imaging how these two would be as parents. They would probably be more hyper and aggressive than their kid he thought. Viren also went back to his room and was waiting for everyone to return. Soon he heard the door to his room opening.
jeevika - "Virenji, can you please hold the door while I bring Gia in"
Viren went to go hold the door for Jeevika as she pushed a sleeping Gia in her stroller.
jeevika - "Virenji, are manvi and virat fine and even dabbu?"
viren - "Yeah they are fine. I just ordered some food for them. They are probably resting up right now"
jeevika - "Whats their room number? I want to go meet them?"
viren - "Their room is 5 rooms down from ours and dabbu's is across their room. I'll come with you to"
Viren and Jeevika walked to their room while pushing Gia's stroller. Jeevika knocked on the door and Manvi opened it. Both of them screamed like crazy girls and hugged each other tightly like they haven't seen each other in months. Gia woke up and started crying.
viren - "Jeevika Manvi shhh. You're waking Gia up" he said while kneeling down next to Gia patting her back to sleep.
manvi - "Sorry jiju, come inside"
jeevika - "Hello devarji, how was your flight?" she said hugging Virat
virat - "Good bhabhi, but you sister is damn irritating. Doesn't let me sleep or watch my movies peacefully"
Manvi literally ran towards Virat wanting to hit him but he tried running away.
viren - "Manvi stop you shouldn't be running like this"
virat - "Oh shit, yeah Manvi control yourself"
jeevika - "What do you mean? What happened Mannu?"
the three of them looked at each other now knowing what to say to Jeevika.
viren - "nothing, i meant that she hasn't eaten properly and she's running around she'll get tired. Manvi Virat go finish your food and I'll go check on Dabbu"
Viren went to Dabbus room and saw him eating his food and watching tv. He came in Virat and Manvi's room to say hi to his di and little niece who was still asleep.
jeevika - "Mannu Virat let's all go down for some coffee. Eerybodys meeting downstairs in 10 minutes. You guys freshen up and we'll meet you downstairs"
manvi - "Okay di. Di why don't you leave Gia here. Virat and I will bring her down"
jeevika - "No its okay mannu you freshen up"
manvi - "No di, you go with jiju, we will bring her"
Jeevika left the room and Viren followed her winking at Manvi and Virat.
