Seeing as Chets is busy, here's a brief update (I missed some parts):

Vikrant is revealed as a traitor to Rimjhim. He informs Naina Devi that he also hates Rimjhim and will do whatever he can to protect Vicky.
Anurag is planning to leave the house (I missed some parts here). Rimjhim tells him the truth about Megha impersonating her. Anurag is shocked and tells Rimjhim she will have to reveal the truth to the family. Rimjhim assures him she will do it when the time is right.
Vicky is busy combing his hair when Tanya bursts in. Vicky enquires why she looks so tense, and she informs him that Nadrao's wife is there. Vicky isn't too concerned until Tanya tells him that Nandrao is now prepared to testify against him. They are now extremely worried, but Tanya tells Vicky that Megha is their answer to this problem. Vicky is skeptical that Megha will help, but Tanya assures him that she will handle Megha.
Megha is in her room, holding Garv's picture and reminiscing (when they garlanded each other, when he survived the first car accident). Vicky and Tanya come in and fill her in on the situation. She tells Vicky he has nothing to worry about as he is innocent. Somehow they manage to convince her to don her Rimjhim get-up and speak to Nandrao's wife.
Rimjhim is in the prayer room with Bua reading the scripture. Isha comes in and tells her that Namrata called and asked that Rimjhim return her call urgently. Rimjhim is hesitant at first, but calls Namrata who informs her that Nandrao is ready to testify. Rimjhim is quite surprised, Namrata tells her that Nandrao's wife was on her way to see Rimjhim, she is concerned that the wife hasn't reached Rimjhim's house as yet. Rimjhim hangs up and starts wondering why Nandrao's wife hasn't come to her as yet.
Megha, as Rimjhim, goes to see Nandrao's wife and convinces her to wait to testify as their lawyer is away.
She and Tanya return home and the family face them angrily. Tanya tries to do the talking when the family question Rimjhim and Megha is standing there like a dummy. Babuji is prodding her to talk, when suddenly the real Rimjhim answers from inside and appears. Megha and Tanya are stunned out of their minds. Rimjhim is furious, and the entire family are stunned seeing two Rimjhims. Rimjhim approaches Megha with a menacing look (Megha looks like she is about to collapse) and is about to reveal the truth to the family.
