😉😆 So, I am ready for a hatrick of topics and why not question the people who can't make a solo film sell. So many of them, even the hunky John Abraham are not capable of selling a film on their own. Why is that? What is lacking in them? Even Vidya can open a film solo with a huge opening. John probably needs to star with her to get a hit. 😲 And it is not just John. Arjun, Abhay, Shahid, Sonam, yes even Cherry (🤣). So, please share your thoughts. Who are the PEOPLE who belong in only multi-starrers and should not even attempt to do a SOLO FILM?! It will be better for them and us especially. 👏

tushhar kapoor comes to mind

cherry is a one woman army...she can be the writer producer director editor choreographer screenplay writer cinematographer besides acting in a movie!!

but seriously I think abhay doesn't deserve to be on that list...

What real solo hit does Abhay have? 😊 His only proclaimed success was Dev D. But, I hardly remember that movie. He is better off in multi-starrers like ZNMD.

Koiza! 🤗 Cherry is not worth the time and effort. Seriously, I will only notice her hot assets. But, then I am moving on to Deepika in Race 2. 😉😆

dev d was huge man!!

other than that socha na tha, ek chalis ki last local and oye lucky lucky oye fared decently at the box office...

I think today to get a decent opening a lot of factors other than star power play a role...when TDP was due for release vidya didn't have that star power...after it's release yes!!!

similarly omg has done exceptionally well even though it has paresh rawal as a lead...

i know am deviating from the question asked...but my point is that given a solid script an abhay deol movie might garner a decent opening which a john or arjun film can never do for the lack of acting talent in them!! they need to have stronger co artistest!

thus the difference...

but I do agree znmd and shanghai have been much bigger hits than his solo projects
