I'm back after Hurricane Sandy & vacation

I've been away for a month due to Hurricane Sandy and vacation. We had no power for over 5 days when Sandy hit (I live in NJ). Then when we got power back, no heat and power went out a couple of times after. Then we went on vacation for two weeks. I just got back last night. Btw, Happy belated Diwali and Happy New Year to folks!

Hope folks who were also affected by Hurricane Sandy are doing ok. Hope everything is well!

There is so much to watch and catch up on in KTLK and this forum! Hope the show is doing well and TRPs are going steady. I will try to catch up and start posting soon.

Thank you to folks who were concerned about me and PM'd me regarding the hurricane and how I was doing!!! God bless your kindness and wonderful wishes! A colleague lost his home in 5 ft of water, so we are thankful that we had no damage, just power outage and no heat!

Yes, being without power in the cold weather was very tough!!! Cold & no heat is burrr!!! I was in long gas lines over 3 hrs to get gas in car!! Barely any food in the grocery stores - just incredible how things ran out!!!!

Yes, went on cruise to caribbean. Got warmed up from this cold in NJ. 😉 You too!
