Hello dearies, hope everyone's well and enjoying the show..
Last night's song sequence was a beauty! 😃 Loved it to the core..
Dilshad-Najma-AsYa scenes are an absolute pleasure to watch.. These actors deserve applause, since their emotions and expressions come across as natural!
I've been a serial Tv-aholic since school days and have this tendency to look beyond the scenes.. You may call me total filmy, but that's what this is! ;)
Qubool Hai is an entirely refreshing concept and kudos to the CV's for having conceived it..
Being a Hindu myself, I've never really had the chance to explore the grandeur and richness of the Muslim culture.. This show did it for me and how! I'm mesmerized with the way it's being portrayed..
Here are a few things that I came across and happened to read into.. Please excuse the blabber if you're not interested.. And since these are my personal opinions, do take them with a pinch of salt..
1. Dilshad-Rashid-Shireen: I cannot fathom as to what must've transpired 17 years ago that Rashid had to leave an adorable and loving wife as Dilshad for another woman..
Was it only the money factor and his apparent straying off the path or is there more than what meets the eye? Rashid-Ayaan's interaction during the initial episodes, where Ayaan questions him about him not caring for Asad, did you notice the helplessness when he said that when responsibilities burden your shoulders, life doesn't remain rosy anymore.. That has keep me thinking if there's more to this one?
For the record, I do not sympathise with him as of now, however I hope the CV's offer a more plausible explaination for this one..
Yet, it is clear that he's in love with her and yearns to come back to her; well it's obviously too late for that now..
Looking forward to how the CV's can pull this off since one of the two women is bound to be hurt..
Moving on to Dilshad, she definitely appears like the strongest character on the show, as of now..
She's been an independent, single mother to her children and has imbibed great values and principles in them, which is clearly visible by the fact that an otherwise sour Asad quickly softens down when it comes to his mother having witnessed her struggled and loneliness.. I absolutely love her character!
Like I've also said in my first post here, the way their story is being portrayed is very subtle yet poignant.. The Kal Ho Na Ho and Do Pal sequences were absolutely soulful!
And Shireen, well, like someone here has coined a name for her; she indeed is a 'woman-child'.. Loving, warm, innocent, vulnerable and gets manipulated very easily..
I wonder whether she was really nave to have fallen in love with a much married man or is there a hidden angle behind this one as well? I guess, we'll have to wait and watch.
This is one track I'm absolutely looking forward to.. Coz it's going to be a major catalyst in making or breaking the leads' relationships..
2. Asad-Ayaan: Their chemistry rocks! Despite their families being estranged, yet the bonding these two step brothers share is absolutely adorable..
I'm really looking forward to their past being unravelled; eager to know the reason behind Asad and Ayaan being so close to each other..
We haven't had any Ayaan-Dilshad or Ayaan-Najma interactions yet; I wonder if his relationship is similar to the one with Asad..
It would be interesting to see if he stands by Asad and his family when they finally decide to forgive Rashid and embrace him back..
Well, it sounds a bit clichd but will a girl finally be the reason for a rift between the two brothers or will one of them sacrifice for the other's sake?
Coz by the looks of it, Asad dotes on his baby brother and Ayaan respects and looks up to his elder brother.. Will Zoya end up being the sacrificial lamb in this triangle? I hope not!
Do let me know, if you find it worth reading.. Will post only if you guys are interested.. Intend to write more soon..
Coming up next:
Asad-Najma
Ayaan-Humaira
Nikhat-Nujhat-Ayaan
and lastly,
Asad-Zoya.. 😳😉
Love,
Avantika..
