KTLK world is very different from real world Vidisha.No use discussing powers of dean & Chief.Even the way interns are behaving with their seniors is way diff from the real world.Kaash sab Kuch itna asan hota 😃

Agree with Shubhangi here...no intern will even think of barging in the DEAN's cabin unless he/she intends to do a professional suicide. For that matter, even Nidhi's behaviour with Ashu (long before she fell in love) falls in the same category.

We used to be so scared of our Madam Dean, woh aati thi to hum kahi nazar nahi aate the...when she used to go on her rounds, nobody would be found in the corridor...

My policy for watching ktlk is DONT THINK JUST ENJOY...😃

Talking of the real world (far away from ktlk world😆)...The Admin Dept has power to take actions against the doctors..So Chief is superior to any Doctor working in hospital...Any dean or any HOD...Even if the Chief is younger n junior to you in experience or age...His seat gives him the powers...

Talking of setup in my hospital...
