This is truth of the matter as how I see it n by no means written to offend anyone, but if it does come out offensive then I apologise in advance. But a fact will remain a fact will remain a FACT.

My post may attract a lot of negativety, which i already know...but one cant come out clean if one steps foot in the mud ...rite???

So hear goes FM!!!

This Forum Boggles my mind.

I have been active on this forums since February this year and never, never have I seen it being so chaotic and messy.

Most of the forum members have been sending numerous pettitions, emails, phonecalls, post stating Barun and Sanaya portray Arnav and Khushi or else shut the show down.

Congrats, now the same forum members got what they wanted, and YET they have complaints.

A question that keeps popping in my mind is ,...

WAS THIS SHOW REALLY EVER ABOUT 2 STAR CROSSED LOVERS??? ARNAV AND KHUSHI?

From all the hallabaloo going on in the forum...it surely doesnt seem like it...

This show has always been about Arnav and ONLY Arnav which fortunately or unfotunately is being protrayed by Barun.

Now before u all get hyper...hear me out pls...

Unfortunately: Being a Loyal fan is one things and being an obssessed fan is another. Barun (unfortunately for him) due to this Arnav character has attracted many OBSSESSED fans and at the same time MEDIA that is riding on BARUN's popularity has created a cult

Honesly I pity him. Every Actor would be proud to have loyal fan following but cult is not a good thing.

An Actor who has such a crazy cult will have hard time in future to be able to be seens as anything but this Character. A Cult usually hinders his growth. Every Future role he plays will be measure, compared, nagated, and critisized due to one ROLE he protrayed that created CULT.

A Cult that calls themselves Phans yet are the reason for the shows Downfall, whether it's directly or indirectly, it doesnt really matter.

Blaming PH and SP and Barun will not help as the CULT is the one that started the uproar n hence the result. Whether ones likes to hear it or not but that the truth and Truth usually BITES)

Now pls for heaven sake stop making post after post after post regarding the same freaking topic and move of with ur lives.

U got what u all wanted...THE SHOW IS CLOSING. so just shut the Fish up and enjoy the last week till the curtain falls.

MOD: I kindly request u to seriously, i mean very seriously stop all the speculative post and let the rest of the forum member who want to enjoy the last bit of the show on a high note have a clean forum to only and only discuss the show n not the behind the show drama...

Kindly pls continue the discussion about the drama on the sticky created by Ahaana and refrain from making the messy forum murkier. Please!!!!!

I totally agree.

The whole mess situation in which Mr Sobti finds himself is his doing for the most part. May be or may be not he had problems with the PH. He could have tried to sort that out. And if that is not working walk away giving a clean cut interview saying what actually he wants !!!🤢🤢

And instead what did he do ???? He tried to be diplomatic & failed miserably !!! His PR skills are atrocious!!

And now his career is in taters coz I do not think any PH will be too keen to sign him as they fully understand what sort of a baggage he will bring!! BW is not for him but better not go there !!😲

SP/PH are business houses they are here to make money not charity !! For them actors are employees & if an employee is a trouble some one they will throw him/her without a single thought 🤢🤢

And that's exactly what is happening!!

Unfortunate for Sobti !! He is in a big puddle of mess. Most of which is created by him !!🤢🤢

He should have learned fm Sanaya!! That is how a true professional works !! And I bet both the PH/SP will be keen to work with her😊

Its kinda difficult to point exactly where n who,...but the most important is its done and over with...yet there is complaints...

Its high time everyone just take a chill pill enjoy the last bit.

Unfortunately in this day and age, fans become fanatics and seem to think, their interference is needed and their protection is needed for the celebrity where as the celebrity sees the fans as a mass and an entity and not individuals.

Avni, I couldn't love you more for making this post and I know what kind of personal bashing you are going to get for this. But like I said, people should realize the consequences of their action.

The people who bullied that teenage girl online who committed suicide later due to cyber bullying probably never thought the consequences of their action. That is the problem of internet. It gives you an anonymity that let's you get away being a sensitive, irrational or even racist which won't happen if you do the same thing in real life. So every person's good, bad and ugly side is open for business.

I think as internet is becoming an easily available commodity, it should also not be allowed for anyone below 18 because they have not learned to be responsible yet. You can reason with adults, but how can you reason with minors in hormonal frenzy?

Sudha, people need to learn to separate regular human being from characters. If they can't do that, then they have no business going on about joining cults.

Some of the posts I read last few days sounded like it has been written by someone either stoned or under the influence of some obsession. They had no coherent reasoning or logic for their action nor anything worthwhile to read, they were just pure rants that they read from other better written posts and just repeated them incoherently in their own posts. What's more surprising is that none of the readers pointed out the TM that it was sounding like a crazy mob rants and not something inspiring.

One of the best posts today. Unfortunately posts like these wont be as popular as SP is a bunch of Liers, Giraffe is delusional etc.

People dont want to accept the truth and avoid it religiously in this forum.

I'm not upset with Barun for taking decision for his personal life or career. He has full right to do it for whatever reason. What I'm upset about is, if you can't stick to your gumption on the decision you made for your own life, you have no business taking any decision.

When I decided to marry my husband, a Canadian, I called my mom and told her that I'm getting married to Greg. She knew me so she was happy. But my conservative extended side of the family grumbled and worried as I was the only daughter of the family. If I had made various mumbles and vague statements then, they would have thought I was being coerced or forced to marry him or indecisive which were not true. So I made it very clear that whatever I was doing was on my own free will and nothing can change my decision. Eventually they settled down and now, my Canadian husband is the most favourite son-in-law of my family.

That was my point. Barun should have come clean about his decision right or wrong. That applies to PH and SP as well. They should have issued a press meet the moment the negotiation fell through. But they continued to make excuses and give contradictory statements. These were their fault.

But the problem with the fans were that even when Barun did give his clear statement about his decision being his own, they came up with crazy conspiracy theory which had no proof whatsoever. However, people just needed an excuse to believe that story, so whether there were any proof or not, just based on speculation, they went on to become a mob against so many people's livelihood in the name of entertainment. That was their fault.

So no, I'm not saying one person was responsible. There were many at fault. But just because the responsibility is shared, it doesn't make one person any less responsible.

After the fans got what they wanted, I thought finally we can enjoy the last two-three days of the show. But of course, I was wrong again. The forum mob has come up with a brand new frenzy now. Is there any end to this?

Much needed.

We, as fans, are losing on a show that gave us a lot of everything, passion, jokes, iconic characters, iconic dialogues that we all use, entertainment, tears, grumbles, humor, sarcasm, drama... The list goes on and on...

In the end, we have lost something we loved.

Basanti, we have steadily become the only few people who still talk sense. But now the rest of the forum have become like a crazy mob who only wants to read rants or praises for Barun Sobti. That's fine. We will still exercise our rights of free speech. Thanks to Avni, for taking the risk for making this post. I knew what kind of risk she would face when I convinced her to make it. But you know what? I'm proud of her for sticking her neck out there for a few sane ones in the forum.
