I guess this surprise is about Rey... for those reasons:

- Sharon can't enter now as selection process have not finished yet...

- KAS will jion NB5 which will airs very soon, either December or January,... this means he will be very busy... so either to minimize his screen space or take a time break from D3 temporarily...

- It is a mega surprise... which indicates that it will be a turning point which mainly will affect the storyline...

- The last dance promo can't be that mega surprise coz it was already aired!! where is the surprise then!!

So, I guess something will happen that affect the existance of Rey in the show... maybe he will be suspended temporarily for some reason... thus there will be no Rey for a while and KAS will be only concetrating on NB5... meanwhile, the focus will shift to Swayam, the new Sharon and Aashi... that's why they introduced a third wheel between Swaron to fill the gab that Rey/ TaRey will leave for sometime till KAS comes back shooting...

I did not know KAS joining NB5 was true, but if thats what is going on then i am more then happy with the entire focus on Swayam and more screen space for Shantanu.

The dance promos are already out and i do not see what the surprise can be in them?

Now looking forward for Sharon to return as it will be apt to see more of SwaRon and the story shift focusing on SwaRon for sometime.

Hope this turns out to be true. But I don't want to keep high hopes either. Only thing we can do is wait and watch for the confirmation.

KAS fans said that there is strong news, still not confirmed, that he will participate with his gf... Also, he promised his fans via twitter of a coming soon surpise...

All this made me think that D3 surprise, KAS surprise and NB5 talks r linked...

Interesting!!! But personally I think this mega surprsie drama will be a big Bazinga.😆 Nothing significant is going to happen. I don't care about others but I just want Sharon to return ( and keeping my fingers cross for that even though I know its not possible) so thta we could get our SwaRon back.

I want shantanu 2 do something else along with d3. Dont want him 2 work extra hours just bcoz the other lead is enjoying doing something else.not much excited 4 rey centered surprise. Palki mam should now stop taking shantanu 4 granted. Its high time now
what is the use 2 b so much dedicated towards a show where u r not appreciated ??? moreover he is n will b never treated as a lead by the ph.
Shantanu so proud 2 b ur fan 4 being such a selfless person

i hope it's true and i don't understand if he become suspend or something happens bcs of that rey's screen space goes less then how come it is surprise?? and i think he takes part in NB ye log ithni assani se ye news reveal nahi karenge...n if u observe in recent times almost all dance numbers are choreographed by tannu n maccy
