Anybody want to start a new thread for "Kasturi" the new tamil serial on SUN TV?
I love the title song... maybe thats cuz I simply adore SPB !!!
Its about this simpleton called Kasturi, who trades a school education to take care of her siblings and widowed father. She gets married to a rather wealthy family, but is ignored by her husband, who thinks shes not good enough for him.
Meanwhile, the husband gets himself transferred to chennai, while kasturi wilts in her inlaws place. Btw, the inlaws love her!
The husband, i think the name is Ram(what a mismatch!) gets a girl he likes in the city to believe that he is an orphan and also unmarried. And so the serial goes... its got some good photography, maybe becoz it has ekta kapoor's backing!
