Yes I really hope something like this happen.

KC had no matter what he did, did not give in to Richa's persistence to marry him. I seriously hope that he does not this time either .

He should not go for quick win as to marry Richa, which I see would be coming and KC being jobless, penniless, would have no choice but to marry her.

There have been people in this kind of situation before but they fight for justice in their own way and KC can do so only if he uses his brain and set aside his emotions.

No matter what, he is the father of Siddhi's children. He has the first right. He just have to recollect what Siddhi said about Sulekha and dig some background check on both mother and son duo dirty past.

I dont mind if the case is dragged as long as KC uses this time to dig for proofs , evidences to win the case rather than taking the easy way out and disappoint all of us that this is just another stereotype Indian show...giving in to pressures.

KC - golden opportunity to use your gold medalist brain. Pls use it well and get that family back to you. Siddhi and both Anands and with newer fresher tracks.

this custody case has alot of potential to solve so many issues if its brought to the positive way ...

this custody case can bring back the raging lion gold medallist Kunal Chopra...if only he uses his brains to fight the case rather than his anger...hatred for the mother of his kids...during train confession...siddhi have given him enough clues to suspect a foul play...she have told him the whole truth...he should use those hints and fight the case...in this case he will lead towards also to the reason why siddhi married the psycho abhay...

this can solve many issues

1)rohit's murder

2)SiNal marital status

3)abhay's past

4)why siddhi married abhay

5)why and whom separated the kids from each other and their parents...

6)why kunal did not meet siddhi for 9 years

7)why sulekha was in jail

alot of issues can be solve in this court case...if only the EK and her bunch of jokers are heading towards a SiNal reunion...if they are not heading towards SiNal reunion...than get prepare for more torture...more negativity...more disgusting tracks before the case verdict...than a leap once again
