i want RK to feel awkward as he is doing a romantic sequence in front of biwi.. i m sure it was one reason he dint take her to shoot and was surprised to see her there... by the way did u guys notice that he sensed and felt her presence in the set

Yes RK definitely knew that his Biwi was around him because he stopped to look around before he finally saw her!
