| Rucha Gujarati, who had been lying low with a bad back for the last 10 days, is back on the sets. Rucha, who was diagnosed with a threatened slipped disc after persistent pain in the lower back, was prescribed complete bed rest. After spending over a week at home, Rucha is back at her shoots since the weekend, partially recovered. "I am better now," she says tentatively, "but I have to take a lot of precautions while working." Besides of course, also try and regulate her working hours. "My doctor's given me a special belt that I need to wear while standing, and I need to rest for 10 minutes after every 10 minutes of standing," she says. Luckily, Rucha says, she shoots on alternate days for Bhabhi and Kkusum, in which she plays Suhana and Kali, respectively. But its on the days when she has to shoot for both that she ends up spending over eight to 10 hours on the sets, definitely not something her doctor ordered! |
