Their exit was as early as their entry. Manav Gohil was the first to arrive at the party without wife Shweta Kawaatra. We wondered if everything was okay with her.

"She's on her way with Sharad and Keerti (Kelkar)," informed hubby dearest.

And there was no denying the bonding between Manav, Shweta, Sharad and Keerti throughout the night. They reminded us of the Shilpa-Apoorva and Parmeet-Archana jodi from last year, who too were very fond of each other.

Gaurav Chopraa stuck to his suit fetish and was seen mingling with some PYTs before someone popped the question about Narayani's absence from the party.

We learnt she was in Dubai staging the play, Mad About Money. Interestingly, Raja Chaudhary too made a stag entry sans wifey Shweta Tiwari.

The missing wives got Raja and Gaurav bonding big time, with the two stuffing cake into each other's mouths through the evening. They even got close to holding hands!

What were Amit Sadh and Neeru Bajwa doing at the venue? Before we could ask, we spotted Shilpa Saklani in her trademark white top, and then Varun-Rajeshwari also made a grand entry. Did last year's couples decide to gate crash because they couldn't get over the Nach Baliye hangover ?

"No silly, each of the jodis will be hosting a segment this year," informed a channel person. But where were the champions? Sachin-Supriya, the winners of last year's contest, were marked absent. Did they want to avoid brushing shoulders with a certain Varun and Rajeshwari ? We wonder!
Mingling …

We know Bakhtyaar Irani has a sweet tooth, so it was no surprise that he jumped on the opportunity of being the first person to dig into the scrumptious cake.

Tina looked a bit lost, until Hussain grabbed her hand and mingled around with the crowd.

The two seemed to be having fun, and it was an occasion for Tina to start getting used to the shutterbugs and mikes being shoved into her face every minute. Hussain seemed to be enjoying the music, and even showed some of his jhatkas after the cake cutting, perhaps telling the other men to watch out for his dhamakedaar moves.

Hiten and Gauri took a backseat this time, letting the other couples take centerstage.

After celebrating her birthday, Gauri looked like she had enough of dancing for the time-being, and was spotted watching the other ladies groove on the floor. We wonder if she was cautiously watching their steps and taking notes?

Since when did the anorexic Rajeshwari Sachdev take a fancy to plastic flowers? She came to the party sporting an artificial lavender flower in her limp hair. Dahling, we suggest next time you coax hubby Varun to get you some fresh flowers from the market instead.
