It was just a photo shoot titled sexiest men alive🤣 it was supposed to be a photoshoot involving 4 guys. Originally had Kushal, Barun, Gurmeet and Karan doing it. But then Kushal, Barun and Gurmeet backed out of it for various reasons and so Karan ended up doing the photoshoot with another three guys. This has nothing to do with any title, it was just a mere photoshoot lmao. You can confirm it by getting in touch with the People's magazine guys or wait for the magazine to come out or call me jealous lmao, your call.

People, Next time you see a tweet, read it carefully and get your facts straight before opening a celebration thread and indirectly starting to taunt and bash other actors and their fans 🤣.

I knew it...no kidding...I saw that tweet and then the post and comments and I went 😲, how can that tweet ever get interpreted as Tacker being selected as sexiest hunk in TV or whatever. Any way thanks for letting us know what it was all about. 🤣...ignorance is bliss 🤣🤣🤣

This is called focus.. lakshya.. when u want to see your favorite in a particular place.. you see them as if they are in that spot.. because Mind is Delusional .. and when delusional.. your heart and mind does not accept that reality

yes the tweet was just a photoshoot ...be it for filmfare or screen . it is a people's magazine (an American Magazine under Time Warner) .. where there is a section named as sexiest man alive ..

and how on earth a photo shoot of an INDIAN TV celebrity makes him Sexiest Man Alive
