Jeevika woke up after an hour and saw Viren sitting on the sofa working on his laptop. She touched Gia's forehead to check if she had a fever and she didn't. She was still sleeping so Jeevika quietly got up from the bed and went towards viren.

jeevika - "virenji, ill go make some coffee for you."

Viren just nodded. As she left he went to sit on the bed. He could never get enough of Gia. He loved just watching her sleep and playing around. All his pictures on his iPhone were of Gia and Jeevika. Gia started moving around and Viren picked her up and put her on his lap hoping she would fall back asleep. Seemed like Gia didn't want to sleep anymore. She got up from his lap and crawled around the bed. She was trying to look for something, or someone in particular. She started getting a little ansy and started crying. Jeevika came back with two cups of coffee just in time. Gia went to the edge of the bed going near Jeevika and Viren just followed her hoping she wouldn't fall down from the bed. Jeevka picked up her crying daughter who wanted to just be comforted by her mom.

viren - "Seems she's a little cranky. She just wants to be in your arms"

Gia was quiet and alert looking at her dad while she rested her head on Jeevika's shoulder and Jeevika patted her back.

jeevika - "I know, probably because she's still not feeling to well and plus we weren't there the whole day yesterday"

Just then Virat came in to check on Gia. He saw her awake in Jeevika's arm. Jeevika gave Gia to Virat but she started crying again.

virat - "Seems Gia has got enough of me now. She won't even come to me" he said passing her back to Jeevika.

jeevika - "She's just being a little cranky right now"

Jeevika started feeling more guilty for having left her daughter alone to celebrate her anniversary. If she had not gone Gia would have been fine as well as Manvi who was feeling even worst. Jeevika placed Gia down on the bed, as now she could sit up, so she could go get her some food but she started crying instantly. Jeevika came back picked her up and took her to the kitchen where she got the baby food out. They came back in the room and she started feeding her. Viren got out Gia's sweater and put it on her as he didn't want her to get sick again. Gia was feeling a little better now and was getting in her playful mood which made Viren and Jeevika very happy. The three of them were laughing and Viren was taking pictures and making videos of Gia as usual. Viren went back to his work after a while and Jeevika went to the kitchen with Gia to start making dinner. She put Gia's high chair in the kitchen as she didn't want Gia to bug Viren.

Jeevika and Manvi were both cooking and talking in the kitchen.

manvi - "What did you guys do all day di?"

jeevika - "Well we just went to the spa and then for lunch. It was nice to get away for some time. It was really relaxing, and its all because of you and Virat"

manvi - "We didn't do anything, I'm glad you had fun with jiju. Anyways we all had fun here without you for the most part, huh Gia"

jeevika - "I know, Virat had sent me and Virenji pictures of you guys in the park. Gia looked really happy."

manvi - "That chep was messaging you!!!??? I told him not to disturb you guys. Such an idiot he is"

jeevika - "Please don't get mad at him and don't tell him I told you. We both felt relieved that Gia was alright since we've never left her alone"

Jeevika and Manvi finished their work in the kitchen and suddenly Jeevika started getting pale.

manvi - "Di, you okay?" she said holding her di's hand "Di, I think you have a fever now"

jeevika - "Maybe i caught it from Gia. It's okay I'll take my medicines right now. You start taking the food outside. I'll be back"

Jeevika left taking Gia with her back to her room. She placed Gia in her crib as she went to go find her medicines in the drawer. Viren came out of the bathroom.

viren - "What are you looking for Jeevika?"

As he asked her she almost fell down, but he luckily caught her.

jeevika - "Virenji, can you please find the fever medication. I think I just caught it from Gia" she said as he touched her forehead.

Viren got the medicine and gave her a glass of water.

viren - "Jeevika, why don't I bring your food here. You stay put and I'll give you some blankets. I'll take Gia out with me okay"

jeevika - "It's okay Virenji, you can leave Gia here"

viren - "No, i don't want her to get sick again. Just rest and I'll be back"

Viren came back with food for Jeevika and himself. He fed her first as she just took her medicine. Gia was sitting in her crib looking at her dad feeding her mom. She just sat there quietly not disturbing anyone anymore. After they finished eating Viren put Jeevika to sleep and then took Gia to her nursery. She took another hour to sleep, but was finally down for the night.

Viren thought to himself on how the past two days were so crazy. From relaxing and spending time with Jeevika after the longest time, to both Jeevika and Gia getting a fever.
