Just then she started opening her eyes and then woke up. Rajbeer saw her eyes and the next thing he knew was that her eyes were watery. She moved her head to her left to avoid him. Rajbeer he knew that she has the right to be angry at him after what he did. He got up and went to the kitchen to get her food.
Preeto was so hungry and she looked around the room to see if there were was anything to eat. Then her eyes laid of the half piece of sandwich on the dresser. She painfully walked over there and got the plate and the half sandwich. Then she started walking to bed again. She gently sat on the bed and a tear rolled down her face. She wiped and thanked the god for the food. With her gentle fingers she took the sandwich and was about to put it in mouth. Her hand was like 2 cm away from her mouth when someone stole the sandwich and threw it on the ground. Preeto's eyes looked to see Rajbeer with a tray of food. Rajbeer placed the tray on the bed and sat beside Preeto. Rajbeer- yeh kya kha ne ja rahi thi tum patta bhi hai tumhe kitne din poorani hogi.
Preeto- mujhe bhook lagi thi
Rajbeer- toh mujhe bol deti mein khana leyne hi toh jaya tha.
Preeto started crying- mujhe laga ke tum mujhe khanna nahi dogay.
A tear rolled down Rajbeer's face. He pulled her in a tight hug but she didnt hug him back. She continued crying. Rajbeer caressed her hair- mein itna boora bhi nahi hon ke apne pyaar ko khanna na don. Kud bhooka maar jaonga lekin tumhe khanna zaroor donga.
Preeto closed her eyes and more tears came out- mujhe laga ke meri sazza mein tum mujhe bhooka rakhogay.
Rajbeer- kunsi sazza han... sazza paney ke liye tumhe galti karni padegi aur tumne koi galti nahi ki hai...you're perfect im not. Mein tumhari expectations tak khabhi nahi pochach paonga.
Preeto- nahi bacha toh mein nahi dey pae hona tumhe.
Rajbeer broke apart from her- Preeto ek baat tum jaan lo... apne pyaar ko apni shaadi ko bacha ne ke liye mein kisi bhi haad tak ja sakta hon... Anyways tumhe bhook lagi hai na

He dragged the tray closer to her. Then he broke a piece of roti and dipped it in the daal makhani and brought it to her mouth. She totally ignored that. She grabbed the roti and started breaking pieces of the roti and putting it in her mouth. If every bite she eat only roti and wiped the tears with the back of her hand and continued eating the roti. Rajbeer closed his eyes and tears spilled out of his eyes. Rajbeer thought- issa behavior toh koi apne doshman ke saath bhi nahi karta jeysa meine apne pyaar ke saath kiya.
He lowered his hand and placed the piece of roti from his hand onto the plate. He knew that she wasn't going to eat from his hands. Then he heard her sob. He opened his eyes and he saw Preeto sobbing and then looked down to the plate. She had only eat the roti, she didnt even taste anything else. Rajbeer- sirf roti kyun khae baki sab bhi toh tumne pasand hai na... pehle toh sab khane ke liye zid karti thi toh aaj kyun nahi kha rahi.
Preeto- kyunki jab mein order karti thi na tab lagta tha ke apne patti ko order kar rahi thi lekin ek naukar apne mallik ko keyse order kar sakta hai.
