Why not? And plus, it's not about the religion, the story is centred around culture.

agree.. interesting change..
these are charachters that just happen to be muslim..
Just like other serials..villains and heroes and vamps are all hindu...and when it iis no reflection on religion per se.. except perhaps the principles of the heroine (usually)..
In this case they will all be muslim.. that is all..
In both cases.. I do find it weird that in serials.. they make it too homogenous.. India isn ot like that..hindus have muslim neighbours and friends and vice versa

why not based on islam and people are loving it .that is the specialty of our country we may belong to different cast , creed sects but still we love each other.we watch a show which is based on gujrati,marathi, punjabi,bengali,southindia and all, but we all never disintegrate on the basis of caste so why not show based on muslim family.

dont forget a large section of Muslims goes to dargas and shrines so please dont bring these things here for discussions.

the show's set in a muslim scenerio nd that doesn't mean they're gonna talk about it all d time...the characters belong to that community nd i'm sure as d show grows we will get to see more of it...right now let them build d story nd their effect on people...

Why not? The culture is so beautiful and so is the language. It's not even about the religion. I mean, if you can see people going to the temples in other shows, then why not mosques? And think about it this way. There are many Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, and people of other religions in India. They watch shows which are FILLED with Indian culture. Temples, our Gods and Goddesses, cultures, festivals, beliefs, etc. If they can watch all this, why not us? It's a great way for us to learn about them and what they believe in. Besides, this show barely shows religion, accept in the characters' names, the language, the greetings, and the shrines. I honestly don't see anything wrong with this. And it's just a show. Sit back, relax, and watch it.

To be honest, this is what I like about this show. I am ok if they show a little more about the religion. But it should'nt be all about the religion. For me, QH is about Indian families who happen to be practicing Islam. For me, despite not being a muslim, this is what makes it more natural and relatable.
