Most support her and appreciate her way of dealing with it.
Some question her rights to say what she said
some are outraged as to what she said
some are saying it is scripted.
Ok now I am not talking about abt of these.
You know when this fiasco happened until now the only media stations Sanaya was exposed to was SBS, SBB, E24 etc..
And one thing in common with all of these are, they are Indian television news programs.
Also they r prerecorded.
So u know when she is being interviewed, she can clearly say that to an Indian show reporter that 'ask only about the scene. I would not answer about anything else'
And I think the rest of the cast was the same, as I thought it was very very weird that this question was not asked of them.
Now this interview today was on a foreign radio show.
And nope she did not go out of her way to secure it. The interview was not for her and neither was it for IPK.
Hell it was not even scheduled for IPK!!
SP is hosting this show on UK, they wanted to talk about that show in that interview. She was expected to spread the message about the UK even in the interview. This is an official job of hers given by SP.
I hope people are rational enough to realize it.
Now having done that, she had to face a live interview for the very first time since this thing broke out.
And the interviewer was an outsider (meaning SP had no control over the questions and neither was in Gul sitting in the other seat)
So for the 1st part she did the actual thing she came to do. that was talk about the UK event. And then the announcer brought up the fan que round.
And when she was asked specific questions regarding IPK she replied clearly with the data she has at her hand!
And well that is the ONLY reason Sanaya was even involved in this mess publicly. She cannot tell the interviewer of a foreign show before she even started that 'I will not answer any ques about IPK. SO don't ask them!'
So therefore I hope it is at the very least clear as to why she faced this interview today, irrespective of the answers she gave!
