SEPTEMBER 06, 2006 BRIEF RECAP/UPDATE

Anu is being teased by some people and Arth shouts from behind. He rushes and beats them up. They run away but someone throws a rock on him and it hits his head. He is injured.

Sati rushes home and calls for Anu. The dad comes out. Se tells him that Anu called her. The dad tells her that Anu and the mom brought Arth to the hospital. He tells sati what happened. Sati is shocked and is about to leave but the dad stops her and says that he is not against her but he feel she gives more importance to her case than her family and he loves his family and is something happens to them, he will never forgive her.

Sati goes to the office and is agitated. She ponders on what the dad said. Her phone rings. It is Piyush! He threatens her. Sati wants to settle it once and for all and Piyush is happy. He tells her to meet him and not to bring anyone with her.

The mom and Anu bring Arth home. The dad starts telling them how he feels and what he told Sati. Arth gets mad and tells the dad that he will never change and how Sati must have felt so bad! He calls her cell but it is off. So he calls the office and Priya answers. She tells him that Sati went to meet Piyush. Arth is shocked.

Sati meets Piyush and he starts threatening her and saying things. He tells her that she will not win. She says she already has and brings out a recorder. Then she calls the person sitting on the table behind her and he turns out to be a policeman and there are other policemen there also dressed in civilian clothing. She tells them to arrest Piyush for threatening a lawyer. They arrest him. Piyush is mad. Sati is happy.

Sati reaches home late at night and everyone is worried. Arth scolds her for going to see Piyush. Sati just ignores him but the dad stops her and tells her that he was worried that something might happen to her. Sati says that she gave side to the truth and even though it was dangerous, truth prevailed. That is why she sent Piyush to jail. She tells the dad that she loves the family as much as he does. She is his blood after all, not a stranger. The dad extends is arms and Sati cries and hugs him (I think they hugged for the 1^st time!) The mom is happy and prays to God to keep her family this happy always and to help them win. She goes to prepare dinner and everyone goes to wash their hands. Sati gets a call from Smriti at that moment and Smriti tells her that she forgot to mention that a letter came for Sati. It's a court notice and the 1^st hearing is tomorrow. Sati is worried. Smriti tells her that she is fully prepared so there is no need to worry. Sati says that she is but her family isn't. She will have to talk to them.

Sati goes to her room and Anu is there. She was worried. Sati tells her not to worry and that she has to be strong because the case is starting tomorrow. She also tells Anu that Piyush is in jail. Sati tells Anu that everything will be fine and that they just have to be strong and keep fighting. Their future will be bright. Sati extends a hand to her and she and Anu do their special handshake. Anu is cheered up.

Next morning, Smriti is at the house and the mom is forcing her to eat breakfast. Sati comes out and sees. The dad comes and gives mithai to Sati. She takes his blessings. Sati is about to get her things when Arth comes and tells that Anu is not at home. She can't be found anywhere! Everyone is shocked!
