Maan completed geet's maths work and he too slept with them. When pooja came to check on children, she found all the 3 are sleeping. She smiled at them and saw the condition of the room. Its not less than a dustbin. Maan may be sincere in everything but when it comes to his room it will so dirty.
Pooja thought of cleaning the room but she felt dizzy and is in no mood to clean. She sighed and left the room. She went to her room, her head started spinning. At the same time Raghu (maan's dad) came to his room after completing his work. He got worried to see pooja almost in the verge of fainting. He reacted fast and caught her before she hit the floor. He made her sleep on the bed and called doctor immediately. By now pooja fainted.
After 30min, doctor came and checked Pooja. Raghu is waiting outside worried. Doctor came out smiling and told "Nothing to worry Mr. Khurana. You are going to be father"
Raghu smiled widely and thanked doctor. Doctor left from there. Hearing all the noise maan got up. He came out of his room and is shocked and worried to see doctor going out. He ran to his dad and asked "Dad what happened?"
Raghu smiled at him. "Nothing son, everything is fine. In few months there be a small baby in our house. Your brother or sister" told raghu.
Maan smiled at him widely. He held his dad's hand and went inside to see his maa. She is still sleeping and is very tired. Maan was about to wake up pooja but raghu stopped him.
"Maan, your maa is very tired let her sleep ok? Son you have to take care of you maa when I am not there at home. She should need complete rest, don't make her work more. Ok" told raghu.
Maan nodded understandingly, he smiled at her maa who is still weak. And he made a note that no work to his maa from now on. "Good night dad, take care of maa" told maan and left from there.
Raghu smiled at his possessive son, be it be geet, Vicky or pooja. He cant see anything happening to them. But raghu is happy, how maan will understand anything so easily.
Next day morning, Pooja got up and caressed her stomach. She smiled at herself and got up. she freshened and went down to prepare breakfast. When she went to kitchen, got shocked to see the condition of the kitchen. Father and son are hell bent in doing something and made the condition of the kitchen worst.
She got angry and shouted "What is happening here?"
But it didn't reach their deaf ears and to her surprise or luck or shock geet is also sitting on the kitchen slab seeing what they are doing and giving her inputs in the middle.
"Offo papa you should add more water. I saw maa adding water in this" told geet.
"Acha we should add more water?" asked raghu. The MD of a vast business empire is listening to a small 7 years girl that too for cooking.
"But papa, it will become water water" told maan making a face.
Pooja who is fuming till now is smiling seeing her kids and husband's condition. And a happy tears formed in her eyes seeing their love and care for her.
"Hey bhagwan, what you guys are doing?" came a voice. But these 3 are so engrossed in their cooking I mean whether to add water or not in the flour to make parathas. Pooja turned back to see savitri devi, her mother in law. (Guys, without dadimaa I cant imagine ff J).
Pooja smiled at savitri and bent down to take blessings from her.
"No no dear, don't" told savitri and hugged her DIL.
"How are you maa? You told you will come after a week" asked pooja.
"Ha beta, but yesterday I got a call from your husband. After knowing the news I couldn't hold myself" told dadimaa.
Pooja shied. Dadi went inside the kitchen and tapped maan's shoulder. He turned and saw dadi there. He looked at her angrily for which dadi made a baby face. Geet saw dadi and jumped down.
"dadiii" shouted geet. Dadi took geet in her arms and kissed her forehead.
"How is my doll?" asked dadi.
Oops geet remembered something and got down from dadi's arms. She too looked at dadi angrily. Dadi sighed.
"Maa, how are you?" asked raghu.
"What you are doing here?" asked dadi.
"Ohh doctor told pooja needs complete rest so trying to cook" told raghu making baby face.
"Hey babaji, you guys go I will make breakfast" told dadi.
"Maa, I am perfectly fine now. I will prepare" told pooja.
"Nooo" shouted maan.
"Maan"
"No means no, you take rest maa. Dadi will make. And dadi its your punishment" told maan glaring at dadi for which she made a baby face.
"Nautanki maa aur uske pote" murmured raghu and went out from the kitchen with pooja allowing them to do whatever they want.
"Maan, geet I am sorry" told dadi holding her ears.
Awww these melted seeing her telling sorry and they both hugged dadi. Dadi smiled and kissed their forehead. She started cooking, maan and geet settled on the kitchen slab. Dadi who is depressed from rano's death went to pilgrimage for some peace. She told she will be coming after 2 weeks.
But she got a call from raghu yesterday night. She again came back. Maan, Vicky and geet are angry on dadi for not informing them. Finally they are happy seeing dadi back.
"Maan should I make pasta for you?" asked dadi.
"Ohh yes dadi" told maan happily munching apple.
"Dadi pasta for me also" told geet.
Dadi smiled and told " ok beta, acha tell me what is happening in school. How are classes going on?"
"Dadi I went to school yesterday. Vicky and meer helped me. That arjun is there na dadi, he again teased me. But maan beat him" told geet changing her face expression as per the situation.
"Maan" asked dadi.
"Offo dadi, how can I see someone teasing geet. And don't worry I told him sorry too" told maan frustratingly.
"Hey darling. When you are back" wished Vicky to dadi sitting beside maan.
"Hey sweetheart, you woke up. So early not bad" told dadi and smiled at him.
"Hmmm what to do darling, have to go to school na. Dadi why do we get holiday only on Sunday, why they don't keep school only on Sunday" told Vicky making cry face. Maan slapped him on his back.
"Joking bro" told Vicky.
"Ha dadi, true if school is only on Sunday then we will get a chance to play for whole day. And doing homework only one day" told geet and imagining school only on Sunday.
Dadi smiled at the kids where maan rolled his eyes seeing nautanki geet and Vicky. They both are always partners in crime.
"Come on, get ready for school" told maan and got down from the slab.
Vicky and geet made a baby face and got down of the slab. Maan took them to their room. He went to his room and got ready. When he was wearing his shoes geet barged into his room making a cry face.
"What happened geet?" asked maan. But he knows the reason, hehe maths homework.
"Maan" called geet sweetly.
"Hmmm"
"My maths homework"
"You didn't do yesterday"
Geet nodded in a no.
"Why?"
Geet is silent. Maan want to laugh out loud seeing her condition.
"Tell me geet"
"I don't want to do maths. I hate it"
"Then be ready for punishment"
"Plss maan"
"What pls" asked maan innocently.
"Pls do it na" asked geet making baby face.
"No open your book and do it. I will help you" told maan.
Geet smiled and opened the book. To her surprise it is completed. "Maan you it"
Maan nodded.
"Why you didn't tell me before. You love to tease me na" asked geet making sad face.
"Yes why not devil" told maan and ran from there.
"What what you called me. devil" and she too ran chasing maan.
They both are running in the hall. "Arey arey what happened?" asked pooja.
"Maa, maan did my homework" told geet.
"You are chasing him for that?" asked pooja shocked.
"No bahu, he might have called devil" told dadi.
"Correct dadi" shouted geet.
Geet getting tired sat beside pooja.
"Hehehe, devil you cant catch me" told maan and sticked his tongue out.
Mohinder who entered into KM saw geet smiling. He sighed in relief seeing his daughter happy.
"Mohinder papa" shouted maan and hugged him. He smiled at maan and kissed his forehead.
"How is my son?" asked mohinder.
"Fine papa, come" told maan. they both went to hall. Geet is happy seeing her dad, she sat on his lap.
"Maaji, when did you come?" asked mohinder.
"Today morning beta, how are you?" asked dadi even though knowing the answer.
Mohinder smiled sadly. All of them had breakfast. Raghu talked with mohinder for sometime.
"Raghu I am going to office from today" told mohinder.
"That's good, it will be change of mind" told raghu and hugged his best friend.
"I will drop children and come" told mohinder. Pooja and dadi nodded. He dropped them to the school. He felt happy spending time with them. Their innocent talks and complaints made him feel light.
The whole day is smooth. Kids came back from school and is playing. Even raghu and mohinder too came early.
"Maaji, pooja I will take geet to HM" told mohinder.
"Bro, why don't you stay here for few more days" told pooja.
"Nahi pooja, you did so much for geet. I don't want to trouble you much" told mohinder.
"Bro, yeh aap kaise baatein kar rahe ho? Geet is my daughter" told pooja.
Mohinder smiled at her. "Ha beta, pooja sahi keh rahi hain. You stay here for few days. Being with kids will make you happy" told dadi.
Mohinder had no option other than to say yes. What they said is correct.
"Maaji kal'"
"Ha beta, I remember. You should arrange party" told dadi and smiled.
"I will arrange everything maaji. You don't worry" told mohinder.
"It should be surprise"
"Yes it should be. They will be happy"
