My guesses list
- birthday/anniversary/ or something special 10th Jan 1990
- Some specific File name as the Lady's husband was in Military or a Receipt
- It could be the culprits file who killed her husband or a something related to curruption
WELL I watched it over and over again... But I'm stuck with no 2 myself
It relates to her late Husband... I can't be a date.. because it was 1001.90
not only that I paused and observed it had 1001.90/-
you put this sign mostly for money /- so either it relates to MONEY or FILE... it cant be a bday why would someone put FULLSTOP??? continous number likhega for easier track!😉
