Guys we are all in the fight together, but one thing we must not forget is that Barun really needs a genuine break. Not the one he is currently forced to say that " I am taking a long break, dont know how long".. coz that just seems bizzare and forced upon him. But we can still ask SP to retain Barun...No sarun no ipk.
But also mention his leave. The guy needs a break, say annual leave. He can go on rest. We don't own him now do we? So also let us not forget that our mails need to be very precise. Tell them 'no pressure on Barun'. Annual leave= OK. Till then we can do with so many tracks.
