Then Ayaan pursues her (runs after her) but only manages to get her dupatta whilst Assad literally bumps into her and interacts with her.
Aka...Ayaan may only get the shadow of the real thing called 'love'...however, Assad taking the bullet for Ayaan shows he will sacrifice whatever he has for Ayaan...which really only brings up trouble when you bring Zoya into the picture.
