Prashant has same rights???

Is Daubeyji kidding? Does he seriously think Prashant has the same rights over Ansh as Aarti? Is he conveniently forgetting Prashant abandoned Aarti while she was pregnant and married another woman? On top of abandoning her he also accused her saying her son was illegitimate; then he refused to help when Ansh was kidnapped saying Yash should deal with the matter since Ansh and Aarti were his responsibility.

Prashant never cared for Ansh or Aarti but now that he needs them he's playing father of the year. For me Prashant doesn't even deserve to have he same rights over Ansh as Yash because even though Prashant is blood Yash is the one who fulfills the duties of a father with Ansh. For Daubeyji to say Prashant has the same rights over Ansh as Aarti is totally outrageous. In my book he doesn't even deserve to have the same rights over Ansh as Yash, far more Aarti.

Prashant has no right on Ansh. He lost it all when he left Aarti when she was pregnant and also when Aarti officially accepted and declared that Ansh is Yash's son. For me he doesn't even deserved Ansh's bone narrow. Where was he when Ansh was kidnapped ???

Well Prashant ahs rights that is true nothing has been legally done, Yash will have to face that as well
