Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal are all set for a big fat North Indian wedding scheduled to take place on 24 November in Noida (Near Delhi).

Says a beaming Nisha, "We have taken 10 days off from the 17th." On the schedule, she avers, "We have about 6/7 occasions including the pheras that will be held between the 22 and 24th of this month. Mata Ki Chowki and sangeet will be held on the same day. This will be followed by the mehendi ceremony. Besides Punjabi rituals, we will also have to go through certain Uttaranchal rites (she is a Pahadi Rajput) as well."

Further informs Nisha, "A large number of celebrities from Mumbai's entertainment industry will turn up to grace the wedding ceremony. Among those performing at the Sangeet party would be Meet Brothers and Mouni Roy. We have already rehearsed for the same."

The very much in love couple have paid lots of attention to the distribution of invitation cards that include some chocolates. "We wanted it to give it our personal touch." she adds.

Last but not the least, talking on honeymoon plans…Nisha avers gleefully, "As of now, Karan does not have time as he is doing a daily (Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai). I also would not like just a quick 3-4 days getaway to Thailand as that is not what I call a honeymoon destination. We prefer something more exotic. But that would only happen sometime early next year. We will talk on the subject then."
