I think he was both cowardly and smart to get away the way he did. I read about his "charismatic leadership" and was really surprised that such cruelty could also be lapped up . Looks like Sanmohan or hynosis, how could so many people get carried away

don't underestimate the power of charishma😆

To attrack and influence people, even for a moment is a gift. When away your critical thinking may resume, but you have already done the damage in that moment you were totally taken into and committed into something you never dreamt you would.
Thats why oratory skills are must required for politics.😆

Also if anybody should get credit for India's freedom, it should be Hitler and Germany.

WW II they destroyed London. The Empire was shattered, they started pulling their troops back from most of their colonies including India, Sudan, Nigeria.

It had nothing to do with Gandhi. If anything Gandhi delayed the freedom by about 40 years.

How does a guy who hates violence, ask the Indian soldiers to fight for the British? If that doesn't prove Gandhi was a fake, nothing will.

if you talk about independence then there was no role play by hitler or germany in our independence.
mark that.

dun knw from where u read that but thats otally wrong. if anybody else is credited for indias freedom it should be USA.

Ankit, Hitler did play a rolex albeit passive. It was a combination of various factors that led to Indian independence.WWII Being one of it. And we all kbow how it happened.
Its entirely wrong to isolate one person or one event and attribute the whole credit and blame on it. Each member had significant contribution included and jot limited to Gandhi. Whoever proceeds to declare otherwise will commit a grave mistake.

I Agree With That .

But Hitler Didnt play any role in india independence , he cant even played any role for germany itself.
WW2 , All tyx to USA who ended it , so basically hitler was not in the picture regarding WW2!

^^ he sort of started the war and bombed Britain he destabilized the brits enough for them not to be able to conc on their colonies. You know what they say ahout enemy of an enemy. So I said passive involvement.

That's 1337 or leet, is a type of internet language like we use short words in SMS.

RTH writes,

"I like the Gandhi because he be like totally gangsta boss dude. He be so gangsta that the Pommies(slang for British people) be running with the tails between the legs"

It was a "tribute" to the way OP was written, which has since been edited. 😆
