neha... did she by any chance have an affair when she was with vikram or dating him or is rehan is before she met vikram?

is rehan the reason for their divorce? then why is vikram taking care of rehan?

do their other kids know about rehan?

Neha was dating before she met Vikram...She revealed this in one of the episodes.
No, non of the kids know who exactly is Rehaan...
