Possible scenarios after the precap?

Does that mean that Khushi is gonna confront Sheetal and ask her who is Aarav's dad? Sheetal would tell her it's Arnav, but gonna tell Khushi not to say this to Arnav. But being Khushi, she would say it to Arnav..But amongst all this I was just wondering, is Khushi gonna tell Arnav before she tries to find out who sheetal fasted for and is she gonna find that about on teacher's day in Aarav's school, or has that already happened? Bcoz looking at the precap, it is pretty much clear, she would find out that Arnav is the one who Sheetal fasted for...I am just playing out all possible scenarios in my mind...
