This OS is set after today's episode in which Jagya is going to tell Shiv about the bag of memories.
Jagdish's words were moving in Shiv's mind like poisonous weeds.. He had given enough evidence.. It seemed to be in line with Anandi's character- she could love someone who had hurt her and then deny it to keep her family and Shiv happy. Or maybe she didn't realize her love for Jagdish except on a subconscious level- which is why she still regarded Shiv as a friend and had kept all those memories of Jagdish.. She had agreed to marry Shiv only for her mother, after all. Come to think of it, though her smiles had seemed like an adequate response this afternoon, she had not really told him how she felt about him even after he told her that he loved her.. Oh God! This was so painful to even think about! If she loves Jagdish, should he leave her.. Let her go? The real question is.. Can he? Just thinking about it is like a dagger to his heart..! But if this makes her happy.. When could he ever deny her anything..? He loves her so much that his pain was nothing for her happiness..
Jagya is still standing in front of Shiv with selfish tears in eyes.. Waiting to see if his pleas have had the desired effect. For once, Jagdish is being honest. He truly believes that those old memories mean that Anandi still loves him.. He is selfish enough not to consider how much he maybe hurting Shiv.
Shiv takes a deep breath.. His decision is made and there's no point agonizing over it. He's a man of action- there'll be time to deal with his pain later, he needs to free Anandi first.
S: Jagdish.. Aap mere saath chaliye.
Jagya is happy.. He can see in Shiv's eyes that he has made the decision to give him his Anandi. Shiv calls Anandi and tells her to reach the Jaitsar Mandir urgently.
Anandi is bemused. but she agrees to come. On the way, she's blushing to think what more Shiv has to say.. She was surprised to see how happy his words had made her. Even seeing all her old memories had not hurt much in the afterglow of his confession.. She was delighted to know that it wasn't friendship or pity that drove their relationship.. It was love! It was a relief to know that she wasn't the only one who was plagued with thoughts and dreams of him! She just couldn't stop smiling! She reached the temple and her eyes searched for the tall frame of her fiance.. Ah, there he is! She got up and walked towards him, smiling. 😊
A: Collector Sahab, kya baat hai?
Before Shiv can speak, Jagya walks out from behind him..! What's he doing here? What does Shiv want to say that involves Jagya? Before she can make her concerns heard, Shiv speaks up.
S: Anandi ji, main jaanta hu ki aap kabhi mujhse shaadi karna hi nahi chahti thi.. Aap majboori mein shaadi kar rahi hai. Maine jab aapse poocha tha ki aap khush hai aur iss rishte ko aage badhane chahti hai ya waqt ko ghumana chahti hai.. Tab aapne kaha ki aap khush hai.. Aur aaj bhi aapki muskaan dekhkar mujhe laga ki aap bhi mere liye kuch mehsoos karti hain.. Par ab mujhe ehsaas hua ki aap mere khushi ke liye tyaag kar rahi hai.. Aap bahut achchi hai aur main aapki khushi ke liye kuch bhi kar sakta hu.. Aap aur Jagdish azaad hai.. Ab aapko mujhse shaadi karne ki koi zarurat nahi.
Shiv feels like these words are burning his throat on the way out. Anandi is completely shocked.. Her brain feels like its frozen. Jagya takes hold of her hand. Her mind is so blank that she doesn't even realize.. She's just looking at Shiv with dazed eyes. Did he just say that..? How could he just give her up like that? 😭
J: Anandi.. Main ab bhi tumse pyaar karta hu.. Mujhse bahut badi galti ho gayi thi.. Par ab toh tumne aur sab ne mujhe maaf kar diya hai.. Maine storeroom mein bag dekha jis mein tumne meri yaadein rakhi hai.. Mujhe ehsaas hua ki tum bhi mujhe chahti ho.. Par keh nahi pa rahi ho.. Isliye maine yeh sab (points to the bag) Shiv ko dikhaya..
Anandi's head snaps up when she hears this. Oh that's why Shiv thinks... Oh God! Relief that Shiv still loves her gives way to anger at Jagya.. And Shiv. Anandi is livid.

A: Jagya, kya tum pagal ho? Tumne yeh kaise soch liya ki main tumse pyaar karti hu!! Mujhe tumse baat karna, tumhari shakal dekhna bhi pasand nahi!! Yeh jo saari cheezein tum yahaan le aaye ho yeh maine mahino pehle Makhan Kaka ko phekne ke liye kaha tha.. par Dadisa ne inhe storeroom mein rakhwa diya.. Aur tumne socha ki jaise storeroom mein iss kabaad ki jagah hai, waise mere dil mein tumhare liye jagah hai!! (she gives a angry cry and turns on Shiv) Aur aap?? Aapko kya ho gaya hai Collector Sahab? Abhi ek ghanta bhi nahi hua ki aapne mujhse kaha ki aap mujhse pyaar karte hai.. itni jaldi aapka pyaar khatam ho gaya? Mujhe chhodna itna aasaan hai aapke liye? (points to her feet) Yeh jo payal main zindagi bhar khankane ki soch rahi thi- aapke pyaar ki saugat- Woh vaada ki aap mujhe kabhi nahi chodenge, hamesha mujhse pyaar karenge, yeh sab aap bhool gaye??
S: Anandi ji, aisa nahi hai.. Woh aaj aapne kuch kaha nahi aur phir Jagdish ne jo kaha.. Muje laga ki.. I'm sorry!
A: Aap toh mere best friend hai na? Aap mere mann ki baat samajhte hai na- maine kaha tha ki payal bahut achchi hai!! Aap mujhe pooch nahi sakte the? Aapne yeh faisla akele kaise le liya?
S: Woh mujhe laga ki aap mere liye sacrifice-
A: (with a sarcastic laugh) Ohoho! Toh aap mere liye tyaag karne nikal gaye? (she pokes her finger on his chest) Sun lo, Mr Shivraj Shekhar, ab se aapke sukh-dukh, tyaag, vachan, vaado par sirf mera haq hai! Aap mere liye kabhi bhi aisa koi faisla nahi karenge jisse hum door ho!! (picks up a stone from the ground) Aur aapko toh aaj mere kahe bina kuch samajh nahi aa raha na.. Toh yeh lijiye, yeh mere pyaar ki saugat hai! I love you too, aaya samajh mein!? 😡
Anandi is standing panting while Shiv is happier than he ever was.. Jagya is depressed and dejected. He moves towards the jeep and tells Makhan Kaka that Shiv will drop Anandi home. Shiv and Anandi are caught in an eyelock.
S: I love you.. 😳
Anandi blushes.
A: Ab ghar nahi chodenge?
S: Par aapki jeep--
They both turn around to look at the jeep but see that's not there! They shrug it off.
S: Chaliye..
They both get on the bike.. and as they ride away, Anandi doesn't have to be told this time, she places her hand on her Shiv- where it will stay, conceivably for the rest of eternity.
