To publicly state that "IPKKND has run its course" is insulting to the masses of people who watch and love IPKKND. It is even insulting to the cast and crew of the show.

In the BBC interview, Sanaya said that they have been following a very hectic schedule. If I was one of the actors, I would be upset if I read that letter. I would wonder why the hell should I work so hard when the very people who produce it are basically saying that they are pretty much done with it.

THIS! I can't imagine what Barun and Sanaya will have to say if a fan or someone from the media asks them about this.

JUST ONE SENTENCE THAT THE STORY HAS RUN ITS COURSE ...IS MISUNDERSTOOD.

READ POINT 6 OF MY POST. IT WAS MENTIONED SARCASTICALLY, EVEN IF IT WASN'T AND U FEEL IT MEANT WHAT IT READ AND THE PH AND THE ACTORS ARE ALL WILLING TO CLOSE DOWN THE SHOW, COME FORWARD AND SAVE IT.

That line was not sarcastic. In fact when a member tried to be sarcastic about it the admin replied

You all don't seem to be liking the ideas that they are coming up with. Why the hilarity? Why the sarcasm? Yeah, we have run out of story ideas because IPKKND is a love story. What to do next is the question?

You see there was no sarcasm when the admin said "the story has run it's course". He made it pretty clear himself. So let's treat certain things on their face value and keep the hidden meanings aside for once. They want ideas, fair enough... fans pitched in.. and they can choose what to do next. It's simple.

I have no clue what's going on behind the closed doors.. thing is as a normal viewer I SHOULDN'T know about it. But what I get on screen is not good, add to it the off screen drama.. eventually they are harming the image of the show and the PH at the end of the day.

I agree that the fan base has been very interfering. But that happened very late... when they turned the intense love story to a comedy circus. I'll give you an example - Balika Vadhu shows what it promises to deliver - tears! They stick to their themes, their basic concept. That's why it works.

IPK was an intense love story till March-April 2012. God knows what happened after that. Some times we had CID, Comedy Circus, Love Story, Sister love... every thing thrown one after another.. loosing the true essence of the show. And because fans were not getting what they were promised they voiced their opinion.

Then the off screen drama.. never ending quitting threats.

Finally... no fan wants the show to end.. hence this huge reaction on that post yesterday. Their other note "things are in a state of limbo" implies they themselves are not sure about the future of the show.. which reflects in their episodes these days.

Anyway... I appreciate that they have guts to openly admit these things. Hopefully things will get better is all I can say.
