i hope this dhruv guy actually exists so sheetal don't come inbetween arshi. it's funny only nani mentioned him once and he never even cam for aksh or arnav wedding. non one mentions him.

i dont think he is Mami's son...

remember Mami is the second wife of Mamaji...he first wife died due to some illness, and then he married Mami who at the time was a servant of the house...so maybe Dhruv is Mamaji's first wife's son... and he is bitter since childhood as he lost his mom and then his dad married some one else...thats why he stays away from the raizada's
